Clinical Efficacy Of Chronic Suilao Disease Treated By Bushenshengxue And The Expression Level Of Interleukin-2

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the effect of TCM syndromes,peripheral hemogram,interleukin-2of chronic aplastic anemia patients treated by Bushenshengxue.To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Bushenshengxue and the expression level of interleukin-2.To further explore the immune mechanism of chronic aplastic anemia and the mechanism of treatment with Bushenshengxue.Methods:1.30cases of chronic aplastic anemia were the treatment group that treated by Bushenshengxue for six months.2.Both the control group and the treatment group were detected peripheral blood level of interleukin-2by ELISA assay.Results:1.Clinical symptoms of the treatment group after Bushenshengxue were relieved,and TCM symptom scores were obvious lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of30cases was80.0%.3.WBC and Hb in peripheral blood of30patients after the treatment were enhanced and they were significant higher than before (P<0.05),but PLT in peripheral blood only had an uptrend (P＞0.05).4.Before and after the treatment,interleukin-2in serum of the treatment group was higher than the control group.After the treatment,interleukin-2in serum was lower than before (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Bushenshengxue which was used in chronic aplastic anemia showed a distinct effect,the method could improve clinical symptoms and peripheral hemogram.2.Our research pointed the serum level of interleukin-2of chronic aplastic anemia patients was higher than the control group.The Bushenshengxue could reduce the level of interleukin-2of the treatment group,and the method might restrain abnormal cellular immunity.At last,Bushenshengxue could recover the bone marrow hemopoiesis.
