ObjectiveBased on the clinical efficacy analysis on patients with ischemic strike of qi deficiency and blood stasis type treated by scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture meridiansinew nodal point, to study the regularity of the disease., Summarize the experience that treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke by acupuncture, so as to provide the clinical evidence for treating this disease better。ApproachThe 556 cases this issue study on come from No.1 Department of Acupuncture in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University, all of the cases come from the patients which leave hosptital between January 1,2013 and December 31.2014. Collect the basic information of the patients and related information. Establish database using EPldata3.1 software. Using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software for analysis.Result1、Relationship between correlation factor and curative effect:There was no correlation between gender and efficacy. There was correlation between age and efficacy. There was no correlation between onset season and efficacy. There was no correlation between smoking history、 drinking history and efficacy. There was correlation between the hypertension history、diabetes history. heart disease cerebral infarction history、cerebral hemorrhage history history and efficacy. Improve the Spasm degree of limbs.2、The TCM syndrome、degree of neurological impairment limb motor function、daily life ability and treatment were related with efficacy.Conclusion1、The age of onset was negatively correlated with efficacy.2.The hypertension history、diabetes history、heart disease history、 cerebral infarction history、cerebral hemorrhage history were related with efficacy.3. There was exact effect that treat patients with ischemic strike of qi deficiency and blood stasis type by scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture meridiansinew nodal point. Improve the Spasm degree of limbs.The treatment could make the TCM Syndromes、 neurological impairment、limb motor function、daily life ability better.The longer the treatment, the better the effect.
