The Curative Effect Observation Of Jianertongbian Powder In Treating Spleen Deficiency With Hysteresis Children Constipation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianertongbian power in treating spleen deficiency with hysteresis children constipation, objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of treatment method, and expand the treatment of spleen deficiency with hysteresis children constipation.Method:Choose 100 cases of spleen deficiency with hysteresis constipation in children, using simple random table grouping method is divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by Jianertongbian powder, the control group oral western medicine lactulose oral solution,14 days later to determine the clinical efficacy of two groups.ResuIts:The experimental observation shows, treatment group total effective rate is 91.83%, while the comparison group total effective rate is 68.75%; cure rate of treatment group is 30.61%, the cure rate of control group is 12.50%. After statistics analysis, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05);Conclusion:1.Jianertongbian powder in treating spleen deficiency with hysteresis children constipation clinical curative effect has significant advantages,and no significant side effects;2.The integral two main symptoms and TCM symptom improvement,the treatment group than the control group, it is worthy of clinical application;3.In reducing the recurrence rate is better than the control group.
