And Three Atractylodes Scattered Clinical Observation And Discussion For The Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Children

Objective： To study the clinical experience of treating FunctionalConstipation in Children with Shenlingbaizhu Powder。methods：The total patients with functional constipation in children enrolledwere38in number and were randomized into treatment group and control group(19patients each). With the same basic treatment, the treatment group inhaledShenlingbaizhu Powder. We observe clinical symptoms and carry score outaccording to the Guide for Clinical Research of New Chinese Herbal Medicine fromthe two groups above, and SPSS19.0software was performed for statistics.Results：1. The total effective rate of treatment group was94.74%,and it was47.37%inconventional treatment group， two groups of clinical curative effect hassignificant difference (P <0.05)。2.The result of comparison between treatment group and control group in the score of clinicalsymptoms of pre-treatment（P>0.05）， means that the two groups had no significant differencebefore be given treatment.3. The result of comparison between treatment group and control group in thescore of clinical symptoms after treatment（P<0.05）， shows that the two groupshad significant difference after treatment.4. after treatment the score of clinical symptoms was obviously different(P<0.05)from that of pre-treatment, indicates that therapy of the treatment groupand control group are both effective。5. Statistical significance in comparing between treatment Group with a declinerange of clinical major symptoms score in all and control Group(P<0.05)Conclusion：Shenlingbaizhu Powder has obvious effect in the treatment ofFunctional Constipation in Children。...
