Objective: Explore parts of Victoria Xinjiang, Kazakhstan, Chinese high-normal blood pressure of different nationalities who TCM type distribution and body mass index, glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods: Fuhai County Xinjiang Altay, Ili Xinyuan County, Korla Yanqi, South Mountain Pastures survey point field investigation of 1046 cases with high normal blood pressure who meet the diagnostic criteria of conduct syndrome type, understand the distribution of populations of different syndromes, weight index, glucose and lipid metabolism situation. Results:(1) This study shows that the most high-normal blood pressure who phlegm dampness type and quantity yin syndromes.(2) The study found that those with different typing BMI, waist circumference was increased, and different syndromes BMI differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The waistline different syndromes difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). TG compare different syndromes, phlegm dampness, yin and yang deficiency type has been above the normal range, and the syndrome difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while different syndromes difference in LDL-C statistically significant, and the fastest increase of phlegm dampness, yin-type second, and HDL-C, no significant difference in blood sugar. The study also found that phlegm dampness type BMI, waist circumference, blood glucose, blood lipids were increased, while larger yin type lipid changes.(3) The research has shown that vitamin, ha, three ethnic Han descending BMI compare to: Kazak> Uyghur> Han, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), waist circumference in different genders or distribution in the case of gender-neutral nation within three were: Uygur, Kazak, Han, and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). Compare all ethnic groups in serum TG were: Kazakh> Hans> Uygur, Han and Uygur difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), serum TC comparison is true, the rest of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); among different ethnic serum(HDL-C),(LDL-C) were relatively stable with no significant differences between ethnic compare. Conclusion: Phlegm dampness type share in high-normal blood pressure who crowd in TCM Syndrome largest proportion, followed by hyperactivity, this study population with high-normal blood pressure who appear most phlegm dampness, Yin Yang Kang Chinese medicine clinical manifestations, those with high-normal blood pressure syndrome type elevated body mass index, waist circumference, blood glucose, blood lipids increased slightly, lipid disorders among different ethnic groups have their own characteristics.
