Investigation Of Cardiovascular Risk Factors In 388 Xinjiang Uygur Longevity

Objective:To explore the distribution of risk factors associated with cardiovas cular diseases in longevity elderly Population in Xinjiang Uygur.Methods:By a cross-sectional research,388 individuals more than 90 years old in Xinjiang Uygur, as longevity group,and 441 Persons mean age 68.1±4.7 years old in the neighbor non-elderly longevity area, as control group were studied.and to measure its height, weight, blood Pressure, blood lipids and other indicators.Results:Compared to the control group:the Prevalence of height. BMI, TG, TC, LDL, Apo-B, Apo-A/Apo-B was significantly difference(P<0.005).the gender, HDL/ LDL was difference(P<0.005),the overweight, obesity, high TG, high TC, low HDL, high LDL was significantly lower (P<0.005).normal BMI, high HDL levels, Apo-B reduced, high Apo-A/Apo-B increased Promote People longevity(OR<1)),high LD L levels, HDL /LDL increased do not Promote People longevity (OR>1).Conclusion:there has a significantly difference between longevity group and contro 1 group, maybe relate to genetic background, living environment,way of life.
