Objective: to explore the effect of radiofrequency ablation on femoral venous thrombosis and the felling of sand control effect. Methods: randomly divided into two groups, 176 patients who underwent RFCA 2-3 h began treatment group, 86 cases of postoperative oral, cutting class 10 mg/d to 14 d, the control group, 90 cases of postoperative 2-3 h oral aspirin 100 mg/d, to the postoperative 3 months, should not be used, cut class. Two groups of patients and press left, right cardiac catheterization operation into two subgroups. Respectively in the preoperative and postoperative 48-72-h, 14 days after follow-up for 3 times, death records, clinical events such as chest pain, lower limb swelling; Line of the results of color doppler ultrasound of lower limbs observation of venous thrombosis, and vascular diameter, the change of blood flow velocity spectrum. And clinical information: age, gender, fasting blood glucose, blood sugar 2 hours after meal, glycosylated hemoglobin, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, blood coagulation time, fibrinogen and D-dimer, merge coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, venous valve insufficiency, with 17 indexes such as smoking is the single factor analysis, there will be a statistically significant risk factors for multiariable logistic regression analysis. Results: the treatment group 86 cases of 93 patients with venous, review within 48-72-h color doppler ultrasound examination, non occlusive thrombosis incidence of 5.8%; The control group, 90 cases of 95 patients with venous non occlusive DVT incidence of 16.7%; The two groups during treatment were not completely occlusive thrombosis; 2 cases of femoral vein hematoma events, all has nothing to do with the study drug, not bleeding events. The treatment group and control group two subgroups: left cardiac catheterization operation femoral vein thrombosis incidence is higher than right cardiac catheterization operator. Cholesterol levels and blood coagulation time and diabetes are the independent risk factor for the formation of RFCA postoperative DVT. Conclusion: the application of the cut after radiofrequency ablation shaaban safe, effective prevention of femoral vein thrombosis. Cholesterol levels and blood coagulation time and diabetes are the independent risk factor for the formation of postoperative DVT RFCA, because for patients at high risk of DVT in RFCA preoperative attach importance to it, avoid the happening of adverse thrombotic events.
