Study On Relationship Between OPG、CTR Gene Polymorphisms Of Uyghur And Han Osteoporotic Post-menopausal Women And TCM Syndrome Differentiation In Xinjiang

Objective: To observe the OPG.CTR gene polymorphisms whether had significant ethnic differences in the distribution in Uyghur and Han PMOP patients in the Xinjiang, and Through the study on relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and OPG.CTR gene polymorphisms of Uyghur and Han PMOP women in Xinjiang, could provide objective evidence of the genetic mechanism of osteoporosis . TCM syndrome differentiation and drug prevention.Methods: Using the dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry determine the lumbar spine’s bone mineral density, in strict accordance with Inclusion criteria and exclusion criterias to select 168 cases of Uyghur and 178 cases of Han PMOP women.the normal group including 80 Uyghur and 80 Han in Xinjiang, genomic DNA was extracted, The SNa Pshot multiple single-base extension reaction method was used to analysis the OPG.CTR gene single nucleotide polymorphism, using the Hardy- Weinberg balance test.Gene counting method.SAS9.3 software to test the relationship of gene polymorphisms and ethnic.TCM syndrome differentiation.Results: the OPG gene 1181G>C site, CTR gene 1377C/T site had ethnic differences in this distribution in Uyghur and Han osteoporosis patients in the Xinjiang(P<0.05). But, for OPG gene 163A>G site.T149C site had no significant ethnic differences(P>0.05);And there was no statistical significance compared with the OPG.C TR gene in TCM syndrome differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion: The Xinjiang PMOP infection may ha ve relationship with the Ethnic specificity of OPG gene 1181G>C site.CTR gene 1377C/T site polymorphism.TCM syndrome differentiation had no obvious correlation with the OPG . CTR gene polymorphisms in PMOP women.
