Objective Discusse the mechanism of HIF-1α, HIF-2α and VEGF in metastatic lung cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemical s P method to detect 93 resection of metastatic lung cancer in HIF-1α, HIF-2α and VEGF expression, from 57 cases of primary NSCLC as ck, 30 cases of normal lung tissue as a blank control. Results HIF-1α, HIF-2α and VEGF protein expression in metastatic lung cancer and primary NSCLC, but negative expression in normal lung tissue,HIF-1α,HIF-2α and VEGF in metastatic lung cancer cases positive expression in 72 cases and 58 cases respectively, and the positive rate of 77.4%, 62.3% and 74.2% respectively, compared with primary NSCLC, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), And in metastatic lung cancer, VEGF expression was positively correlated with HIF-1α expression, but has no correlation with HIF-2α expression. The expression of HIF-1α,HIF-2α and VEGF has no correlation with Age, sex, the size of the primary tumor and metastatic tumor size, tumor pathological type, tumor pathologic stage, tumor origin and other clinical factors(P > 0.05).Conclusions HIF-1α 、HIF-2α and VEGF in lung metastases increased, blocking the HIF-1α, HIF-2α and VEGF molecule may be an effective way for pulmonary metastases treatment.
