Bax, Bcl- 2 And MMP- 2 In The Expression And Significance Of Premature Rupture Of Membranes

ObjectiveBy monitoring the Bax, Bcl- 2 and MMP- 2 expression in premature rupture of membranes, explore Bax, Bcl- 2 and MMP- 2 in the etiology of premature rupture of membranes.Methodthe study group: premature rupture of membranes at term premature rupture of membranes, preterm delivery of maternal maternal 30 cases respectively; Control group: the term premature rupture of membranes, there was no maternal 30 cases. In organization of membranes were observed by HE staining of apoptosis morphology and immunohistochemical staining SP method research Bax, Bcl- 2 and MMP- 2 expression in membranes organizations, the results by Biosens Digital Imaging System software System for image grey value analysis, use SPSS10.0 software System for statistical data processing, the data obtained using(x + s) said, comparison between groups using single factor analysis of variance, correlation using linear correlation analysis, sample rate compared by chi-square test, with a = 0.05 as the inspection standard.Results1.Bax of membranes in each team organization(term premature rupture of membranes, preterm premature rupture of membranes) the positive expression were 83.33%, 90%, were higher than 56.67% in the control group; Premature rupture of membranes at term group of Bax is higher than full-term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Preterm premature rupture of membranes of Bax is higher than full-term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2. The Bcl- 2 in each team membranes organizations(term premature rupture ofmembranes, preterm premature rupture of membranes) the positive expression were 50%, 43.33%, 73.33% lower than the control group; Premature rupture of membranes at term set the Bcl- 2 below term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Preterm premature rupture of membranes of the Bcl- 2 below term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3. Bax/Bcl- 2 ratio in each group of membranes organizations(term premature rupture of membranes, preterm premature rupture of membranes) were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Preterm premature rupture of membranes of Bax/Bcl- 2 higher than that of premature rupture of membranes at term group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4. MMP- 2 in each team membranes organizations(term premature rupture of membranes, preterm premature rupture of membranes) the positive expression were 83.33%, 93.33%, were higher than 70% in the control group; Premature rupture of membranes at term group of MMP- 2 higher than full-term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Preterm premature rupture of membranes of MMP- 2 higher than full-term premature rupture of membranes, there was no groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Premature rupture of membranes in membranes in the organization of Bax and Bcl-2 expression positive rate was significantly negative correlation,RSquare =0.394,P <0.001.6. Premature rupture of membranes in membranes in the organization of Bax and MMP-2 expression positive rate was significantly negative correlation,RSquare =0.746, P<0.001.Conclusion1.When premature rupture of membranes, Bax, expression of MMP-2 are increased,the Bcl-2 expression is reduced,which is closely related to the occurrenced of premature rupture of membranes.2.The expression of Bax and Bcl-2 disorders may be one of the reasons led to premature rupture of membranes dccurred.3. MMP-2 involved in the degradation of membranes organization process,when it increased expression can induce premature rupture of membranes.
