Objectives To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic biopsy in pulmonary nodule lesions near heart; With the development of early lung cancer screening and chest spiral computed tomography(CT) are widely used, focal pulmonary nodules detection rate has been greatly improved, and for lung nodules in the identification of benign and malignant oven is the emphasis and difficulty in clinical work,Most clinical judgement according to the imaging characteristics, for diameter < 3.0 cm, especially pulmonary nodule located near the heart, lack of characteristics in its shape, it is difficult to judge, bronchoscopy and sputum cytology examination is qualitative, but more influencing factors, diagnosis rate is relatively low, PET/CT can differentiate benign and malignant lesions, but the high prices, and lack of pathology basis, if the judge lesions as malignant, guide the lack of specificity of subsequent treatment. This study focuses on the heart lung biopsy of the lung nodules, detail and postoperative complications of the operation method, risk analysis, and conclusion. Methods A total of 63 patients with lung nodules underwent CT-guided percutaneous biopsy, patients were calassified into two gurops according to the lesion location, 33 cases with peripheral lung nodules, 30 cases with near heart lung nodules. The positive rate, reate of complication between the two groups and the lesion location were compared,Result Beside of peripheral lung lesions and cardiac pulmonary nodules, between the biopsy positive rate and complications between the two groups there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05), the biopsy positive rate and complication rates between different lesion diameter between statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionThrough the study found that heart lung nodules puncture of the oven is difficult, risk is big, but the success rate with peripheral pulmonary nodules, oven and complications of the contrast, draw the conclusion: heart nodular focal line near the biopsy under CT guidance is feasible and safe.Meaning: Next to the heart lung nodules due to the small size, location, depth, combined with the influence factors such as the heart beats, and puncture positioning difficult, high risk, the general clinical application is less, after the study, found near the heart lung nodules row CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy of risk and the risk of peripheral pulmonary nodules and masses, is feasible. So CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy as a minimally invasive, economic method, its high diagnostic accuracy rate and good patients’ tolerance, easy to operate, has been widely used in clinic, but mostly used in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary nodules, the heart of nodular lesions by CT guided puncture reported less, this study focuses on the heart lung biopsy of the lung nodules, detail and postoperative complications of the operation method, risk analysis, so as to draw the conclusion: for small beside heart lung nodule, under CT guided percutaneous biopsy, the diagnosis of pathological level can be achieved, the more effectively guide the treatment of later.
