Clinical Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Chronic Manganese Intoxication With Ganglioside

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy and security of treatment in chronic manganese intoxication with ganglioside.MethodsCollect information of 40 cases of occupational chronic manganese were randomly divided into the treatment group(20 patients) and control group(20 patients).the treatment group received 40 mg per day through an intravenous drip infusion for 14 days, twice permonth, for three months,in one droup as one therapeutic course, an other group received 6g Aniracetam Tablets per day through an intravenous drip infusion for 14 days, twice per month for three months.The forty patients, clinical manifestations and laboratory tests were compared between pre-therapy and post-therapy.ResultsAt the end of ganglioside treatment, the neurastheria syndrome and tremor of 20 patients in ganglioside treatment group were more significantly alleviated than Aniracetam Tablets treatment group.There were no severely adverse reactions of the drug that occur in all patientsConclusions: For treatment of chronic manganese intoxication in period,this study come to a conclusionl that ganglioside should to be an effective and safe drup.The therapeutic effect of negative altitude poisoning is better than that of severe poisoning. We should give ganglioside to the sick. Early diagnosis and early treatment brings advantagae to the therapy.
