Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection With Youhe Composition

Object iveTo observe the clinical effect of Hp positive chronic non atrophic gastritis patients (Spleen stomach damp heat type) with the observation of Youhe composition. To investigate the treatment combined with modern pharmacological research method based on TCM syndrome differentiation theory, to Youhe composition for observation of the object of anti Hp prescription of traditional Chinese medicine whether to have the feasibility of substituting antibiotic treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection.MethodsBy the test of randomized clinical research methods, The choice of Hp positive chronic non atrophic gastritis patients (spleen stomach damp heat type) was selected as the subjects for the inclusion criteria of 86 patients, were randomly divided into treatment group A, treatment group B and control group a total of 3 groups, each group of each 30 people. The treatment group A treated by oral Youhe composition 200ml,2 times a day for treatment. The treatment group B treated by oral Youhe composition 200ml,2 times a day, combined with oral Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets 10mg,1 tablets, B. i. d treatment. The above two groups of oral Decoction by Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the pharmacy to provide unified decoction. The control group was treated with anti Helicobacter pylori quadruple therapy scheme to Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets 10mg, ltablet, B. i.d; Colloidal Bismuth Tartrate Capsules 55mg,3 capsules, Q. i. d; Levofloxacin Lactate Tablets 0.2g, ltablet, B. i. d; Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets 0.125g,4 tablets, B. i. d treatment, each group above the test period was 2 weeks. We recorded into the group before treatment and after the end of the TCM clinical symptom score, after the completion of treatment 4 weeks 14C urea breath test and Hp eradication rate and TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment scores were compared.Results1. Treatment group A, treatment group B and control group of HP eradication rate was 24.1%,32.1%,72.4%, which compared control group, HP eradication rate has to be better than the treatment group A and group B (P＜0.05); treatment group A and group B of HP eradication rate is no significant difference (P>0.05).2. After treatment, the treatment group A, treatment group B and control group, the clinical symptom score and were better than before treatment (P＜0.05), the inter group comparison found that the treatment after treatment in group A and group B clinical symptom score improvement is superior to the control group(P＜0.05).3. After treatment, the treatment group A, treatment group B and control group, clinical symptoms and improve the total efficiency was 89.7%,92.9% and 62.1%, the inter group comparison found that the treatment after treatment group A, treatment group B clinical symptoms improved and the total effective rate were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment group with Youhe coposition except the Hp eradication rate is lower than the standard quadruple therapy in the control group. The improvement of the symptoms in the treatment group was better than the control group. To Youhe coposition as the object of observation of anti Hp prescription of traditional Chinese medicine does not have the feasibility of replacing antibiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection.
