| ObjectiveTo evaluate the hemodynamic change after endovascular stent-assisted angioplasty and superficial temporal artery middle cerebral artery bypass surgery. Observe clinical effect after operation and the change of Symptom Complex of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodsCerebral angiography of intracranial and extracranial cerebral artery stenosis in 24 patienis, superficial temporal artery middle cerebral artery bypass surgery in 2 patients. Before and after operation, evaluated the improvement of cerebral blood flow by transcranial Doppler, Observe the change of symptom complex of traditional chinese medicine after operation.ResultsAfter operation, compared with the preoperative, the velocity of original stenotic middle cerebral artery reduced (P<0.05), the spectrum shape returned to normal. The velocity of distal vessel of carotid artery and vertebral artery after stenting increased(p<0.05). the moyamoya after superficial temporal artery middle cerebral artery bypass that the velocity of original stenotic middle cerebral artery reduced. The symptom complex of traditional chinese medicine after operation is no change.ConclusionCerebral artery stenting and superficial temporal artery middle cerebral artery bypass surgery can improve the blood flow effectively. Transcranial Doppler can be used for evaluate the surgery effect and have an advantage at posterior circulation diagnosis. There is no relationship between hemodynamic change and Symptom Complex of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
