ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is comprehensively to conclude and analyse acupuncture point name, the hole location and the application rule of Kongzui that lies in the ancient and modern literatures of traditional Chinese medicine.which in order to provide the literature and theoretical basis for clinical application and scientific research of kongzui, and research demonstration of acupoints for the research of the suitable symptoms of diseases of acupuncture.Method1.We choosed 60 kinds of ancient books which are higher quality in the ancient literatures as the researchful chief source, then checked out related articles of kongzui through the microcomputer and manual search, It was divided into two categories which are single cavity treatment of diseases and compatibility Of acupoints treatment of diseases. After putting data into the computer, we established the database. Then, the above informations are being secondary analysed, we classified statistics in accordance with the appropriate disease types. Using frequency statistics method of treated disease frequency statistics of kongzui. Finally, through the summary analysis to statistics diseases that are suitable for acupuncture and common compatibility of kongzui.2. We searched literatures in CNKI、Wanfang Data and VIP resource system from 1984 to 2014.Then, we screened out the unqualified literatures, wed out the same documents and which can’t find the original documents. We searched the original and downloaded the file that remaining. The literatures would be classified depended on the treatment of disease and divided into the high frequency attending disease and single cavity treatment of diseases and compatibility Of acupoints treatment of diseases.ResultsIn ancient documents, the treatment disease of kongzui was a total of 9, compatibility of acupoints treatment disease was a total of 3, the suitable treatment disease of kongzui was a total of 9 excluding repetitive 3 kinds of disease. In modern documents, the treatment disease of kongzui was a total of 6, compatibility of acupoints treatment disease was a total of 8, the suitable treatment disease of kongzui was a total of 10 excluding repetitive 4 kinds of disease. In addition, this study also summarizes the common compatibility of kongzui and so on. It provides research demonstration of acupoints for the research of the suitable disease of acupuncture.ConelusionThe attending disease of kongzui is wide. Through the research of ancient literature of kongzui, we found in the ancient medicine kongzui is mainly used in fever but no sweat, elbow pain, Cough and hiccups, vomiting blood, aphonia, headache, sore throats, cold and evil blood.And mainly used in asthma, cough, withdrawal syndrome, hemorrhoids, epistaxis, chronic pharyngitis, acute perforation of peptic ulcer, allergic rhinitis and intrauterine device bleeding in modern medicine. We haved prived certain reference function on the clinical application of kongzui by summing up the regular that kongzui is commonly used to lung disease in ancient Chinese medicine and modern medicine, for clinical application of certain reference function.
