Clinical Research Of Strengthening The Spleen And Complement The Kindey Decoction On Blood System Pathological Changes, Impact In Systemic Lupus Erythemayusus Patients

1 Objective Observation of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hematological changes and strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction on its intervention,to provide guidance for clinical treatment.2 Methods2.1 Theoretical studyThrough extensive literature study,analyze the relationship between SLE patients with Spleen and Kidney deficiency, summarizes the blood system in patients with SLE TCM etiology and pathogenesis, interpretation of SLE patient’s blood system diseases from traditional Chinese medicine theory based on the rule of spleen and kidney.2.2 Clinical study60 SLE patients were randomly divided into study group(strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction+prednisone tablets+hydroxychloroquine sulfa-te) and control group(prednisone tablets+hydroxychloroquine sulfate) of 30 cases,using the ELISA kit for the detection of the healthy control group and patients with SLE serum cytokine IL-18, TGF-β and IL-11, EPO, TPO; While using automatic biochemical analyzer measured blood cells in patients with SLE analysis of indicators of RBC, WBC, HGB, PLT, etc,and coagulation, hemorrheology indicators DQ, GQ,XJND, HJJ, HGX, HBX, HDY, HCT, FIB, FDP, PT, APTT, TT, D-DIMER etc., and relevant laboratory parameters measured in patients with SLE:ESR, hs-CRP, i Ig G, Ig A,Ig M, complement C3, complement C4, etc., and to observe the clinical symptoms and signs of SLE patients, quality of life, anxiety SAS, SDS and other integral value; using SPSS19.0 statistical software analysis, the changes were compared before and after treatment efficacy and hematological indices, TCM symptom scores, quality of life,mental health integration and related indicators.3 The results3.1 Theoretical study results3.1.1 SLE patients with lesions in the presence of the blood system;3.1.2 SLE is closely related to the patient’s blood system diseases and Spleen and Kidney deficiency;3.1.3 Spleen and Kidney deficiency of the blood system in patients with SLE disease pathogenesis main;3.1.4 Decline in quality of life exist in SLE patients。3.2 Clinical study results3.2.1 SLE patients with hematological indices changeSLE patients with blood cell analysis indicators WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT, MCV,MCHC, PDW, MPV, RET values were significantly lower;SLE patients with coagulation, hemorrheology indicators DQ, GQ, XJND, HJJ,HGX, HBX, HDY, HCT, FIB, FDP, TT, D-DIMER values were significantly increased; PT, APTT values were significantly reduced;3.2.2 Changes of serum cytokine IL-18, TGF-β and change IL-11, EPO, TPO in patients with SLEPatients with SLE IL-11, EPO, TPO, IL-18 compared with the healthy control group increased,and TGF-β lower than the healthy control group;3.2.3 SLE patients with IL-18, TGF-β and related laboratory parameters of serum cytokines and correlation between SLEDAISLE patients with serum cytokines IL-18 and Ig G, Ig A, Ig M, and ESR, CRP,SLEDAI was a significant positive correlation with C3 was significantly negatively correlated; TGF-β and the ESR was significantly negatively correlated with C3 was significantly positively correlated no significant correlation with SLEDAI;3.2.4 Changes in blood parameters between patients with SLE and the correlation analysisSLE patients with blood cell analysis indicators WBC, RBC and Shenpi body tired, less gas lazy words, Yaoxisuanruan positive correlation, HGB and Shenpi bodytired, minimalist looking, waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus showed a significant positive correlation, PLT and less gas lazy words also found a positive correlation;SLE patients with hemorrheology index GQ, XJND with less gas lazy words,waist and knees, chills, HGX the waist and knees, aversion to cold, hair loss, HJJ and eat less poor appetite, hair loss, D-DMIER poor appetite and eat less positively correlated, HBX, FIB and hair loss, TT was negatively correlated with abnormal stools,APTT Shenpi body tired and negatively correlated;SLE patients with blood cell analysis indicators WBC positively correlated with GH, SAS was, RBC and GH, PF, RE, SF, VT, SDS was positively correlated, HGB and GH, MH, SAS was positively correlated, PLT and GH, PF, RE, SF, VT, MH, SAS,SDS was positively correlated, MCV was negatively correlated with the RP;SLE patients with coagulation, hemorrheology indicators DQ and GH, PF, SF, VT,SDS was positively correlated, GQ and GH, XJND and SF, FDP and BP, TT and PF,HJJ with GH, SF, VT, MH, SAS, SDS was positively correlated, HGX with GH, PF, SF,VT, VT, MH, SAS, SDS was positively correlated with BP was negatively correlated;HBX with GH, RE negative correlation, HDY with GH, SF, MHSAS, SDS positive correlation, APTT and GH, RE positively correlated;SLE patients with serum cytokines IL-11 was negatively correlated with the PLT,was positively correlated with RBC; serum TPO and PLT, MPV was negatively correlated; and EPO are positively correlated with HGB was;3.2.4 Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction combined with Western role in SLE patientsStrengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction joint clinical efficacy in patients with SLE TCM medicine, syndromes total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group using the medicine;Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction combined with Western hematological indices significantly elevated WBC SLE patients, RBC, HGB,PLT, MCV, MCHC, MPV, PDW, RET and PT, APTT levels, reduce DQ, GQ, XJND,HJJ, HGX, HBX, HDY, HCT, FIB, FDP, TT, D-DIMER, improve anemia in patients with SLE, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia and hypercoagulable- fibrinolysis;Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction combined with Western SLE patients can significantly improve Shenpi body tired, looking minimalist,palpitations, shortness of breath, less gas lazy words, waist and knees, dizziness,tinnitus, aversion to cold, eat less poor appetite, abnormal stools clinical symptoms to improve the condition and improve the overall condition of the body;Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction can significantly reduce joint Western anxiety, depression score, increasing the quality of life in patients with SLE dimensions points, while improving patient mood, improve quality of life;Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction combined with Western SLE patients can significantly reduce IL-18, the expression of IL-11, EPO,TPO, and elevated levels of TGF-β in the peripheral blood;Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction can significantly reduce joint Western ESR SLE patients, hs-CRP, Ig G, Ig A, Ig M and disease Activity Score(SLEDAI integral) levels, elevated C3, C4 levels.4 Conclusion4.1The existence of systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hematologic diseases;4.2 Spleen and kidney deficiency is important in the blood system in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus lesions;4.3 Quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and drop dimensions integration with anxiety and depression, indicating systemic lupus erythematosus have a significant impact on patient quality of life;4.4 SLE patient’s blood system diseases, mainly as anemia, leukopenia and thrombocy-topenia, hypercoagulable-fibrinolytic system abnormalities, their blood cell analysis indicators, coagulation, hemorrheology index and duration, age, clinical symptoms,quality of life closely related to anxiety, depression, etc., and serum cytokines IL-18,TGF-β, IL-11, EPO, TPO in SLE patients were significantly changed, including serumcytokines IL-11, EPO, TPO and blood cell analysis indicators closely related cytokine IL-18, TGF-β is closely related laboratory parameters, disease activity, indicating that the immune response involved in the pathogenesis of inflammation in systemic lupus erythematosus lesions in the blood system, increase the symptoms, signs, so quality of life in patients with SLE integral dimensions decrease anxiety and depression increased integration;4.5 Strengthening the spleen and complement the kidney decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with SLE disease blood system, improve clinical symptoms, reduced disease activity, reduce CRP, ESR and Ig G, Ig A, Ig M and other indicators of inflammation and coagulation, hemorrheology indicators DQ, level GQ,XJND, HJJ, HDY, FIB, FDP, TT, D-DIMER like, decrease the cytokine IL-18, IL-11,EPO, TPO’s content; upregulation of TGF-β content, elevated WBC,RBC,HGB, PLT,PT, APTT, C3, C4 and other indicators, while improving the quality of life of patients can improve their anxiety and depression, thus improving the overall quality of life for patients and enhance the body’s immunity.
