Purpose Through blood samples were taken from rats with hyperlipidaemia severe acute pancreatitis(HAP) and Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),to observe the dynamic change of interleu-kin-6(IL-6),endotoxin-1,interleu-kin-10 ( IL-10 ),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α);Through the expression of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(TREM-1)in pancreas,lung and jejunum of rats with hyperlipidaemia severe acute pancreatitis(HAP) and Severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) ,to approach the effection of TREM-1 in HAP pathogenesy, and provid a new molecular for HAP.Method 60 healthy male Wistar rats,weighing 340-410g.were randomly divided into four groups:control group(A group),n=20; Severe acute pancreatitis (B group),n=20;hyperlipidemia group(C group.n=20), hyperlipidaemia severe acute pancreatitis(D,n=20).any of the four group were randomly divided into three groups (6h group,12h group,24h group) ; A group and B group:balance feed for 8 weeks;C group and D group:high fat feed for 8 weeks.8 weeks later,A group and C group were operated after flipping pancreas ;B group and D group SAP modle was induced by injection of 5%sterile sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct.Rats Blood sample,pancreatic tissues , lung tissues and jejunum tissues were collected . Rats Blood sample were collected through inferior caval vein after operated to examine TG,IL-6,IL-10,ET and TNF-α;We used AEROSET automatic biochemical analyzer to inspection triglyceride. the amount and the color of ascites; bserving the distend of gaster and the calcifing of intestine; bserving the pancreatic tissues, Schmidt scoring method was used to evaluate pancreatic pathology; The expression of TREM-1 mRNA in pancreatic tissues , lung tissues and jejunum tissues was inspected by RT-PCR test. Result 1.TG :C group and D group were significantly higher than A group and B group in three periods(6h,12h,24h) and had significant changes(P<0.05);B group and A group were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05); C group and D group were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05);there were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05)of each group. 2.AMY :A group and C group were significantly lower than B group and D group in three periods(6h,12h,24h) , A group and C group had no significant changes(P>0.05);D group were significantly higher than B group and had significant changes(P<0.01).3.IL-6,IL-10: B group and D group were significantly higher than A group and C group in three periods(6h,12h,24h) and had significant changes(P<0.05); A group and C group were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05); D group were significantly higher than B group and had significant changes (P<0.01).4.TNF-αand ET: B group and D group were significantly higher than A group and C group in three periods(6h,12h,24h) and had significant changes(P<0.05); A group and C group were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05); D group were significantly higher than B group and had significant changes ( P<0.01 ) .5.pancreatic pathology scored: D group were significantly higher than the other three groups .6.TREM-1:in pancreatic tissues , lung tissues and jejunum tissues, B group and D group were significantly higher than A group and C group in three periods(6h,12h,24h) and had significant changes(P<0.05); A group and C group were no significant changes in three periods(6h,12h,24h)(P>0.05); D group were significantly higher than B group and had significant changes(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.AMY was higher and the pancreatic pathology was severity in hyperlipemia then no- hyperlipemia.2.When pancreatitis ,hyperlipemia could encourage the expression of IL-6,IL-10, TNF-αand ET,aggravate pancreas damage and SIRS.3.When pancreatitis ,hyperlipemia could encourage the expression of TREM-1 ,aggravate pancreas damage and SIRS.
