This topic by the use of Qin Yun Hua Tan d ecoction on the treatment of tanzhuo type in patients with hypertensive vertigo, obs erve the Qin Yun Hua Tan decoction in improving clinical symptoms, improve patien t quality of life aspects of the role, and to evaluate its clinical safety. Optimization of treatment on combination of patients with t tanzhuo type hypertensive vertigo s ymptoms improved blood pressure control and synchronization of traditional Chines e and Western medicine, and provide the clinical basis for the use of guidance Qi n Yun Hua Tan in clinical practice.MethodsThis research randomly selected 60 patients with Tan Zhuo type included in the standard case hypertensive dizziness Patients, were randomly divided into two gro ups(control group and treatment group), there are 30 patients in each group.TheControl group was treated with the eonventional antihypertensive drug which was adhered to the individualized prineiple,while the treatment group was treated wit h Qin Yun Hua Tan decoction on the basis of conventional antihypertensive drug。B oth groups were kept on treating for 2weeks.Before and after treatment,we watch and Contrast these Safety index such as: the Blood pressure, dizziness clinical s ymptoms and signs, Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome integral, Transcranial Doppler vascular ultrasound(TCD), blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, live r function, renal function and so on the secure targets.we also watch the total cli nicalo bservation of the dizziness Patients when we at the 3 months follow-up,we compared and recorded at the same time.The adverse reaction was also observ ed and recorded downResults1.Blood pressure: comparison of blood pressure between the groups of meaningless before treatment, after 2 weeks of treatment, two groups of blood pressure,antihypertensive effect and blood pressure control rate P=0.04, the treatment group than the control group, the difference has statistical significance.2.Vertigo score: P=0.65 before the treatment, no statistical significance betwee n the groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences, there ar e statistically significantdifferences of P alpha =0.00, no statistically significant diffe rences of P beta =0.55, P & =0.01 has statistically significant differences, no signific ant differences in P theta =0.19.3.The comprehensive curative effect: 2 weeks in March and follow-up were e valuated separately, showed good long-term efficacy of treatment group in the contr ol group, the difference has statistical significance;4.TCD : Before treatment between two groups of P=0.42, no statistical significance. After the treatment among groups were compared by P=0.00, the difference was statistically significant5.Comparison of serum lipid and RASS: Before treatment was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment of P>0.05, there was significant difference between before and after more than P<0.05, the difference between groups was statistically significant at the two P<0.05 treatment group was better thancontrol group.6.Safety and adverse reaction : It is suggested that the detection of the safety indicators, the treatment group and the control group are basically the same, no difference.
