1 Objectivity(1) Observe the variation of Hs-CRP、PRL、and cytokines IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α of patients with plasma-cell mastitis, to study the influence of blood-activating and stasis-resolving method on these index, and to explore mechanism of blood-activating and stasis-resolving method in Chinese medicine on the disease.(2)Observe clinical effect of blood-activating and stasis-resolving method on plasma-cell mastitis.2 MethodsChoose 42 patients with plasma-cell mastitis in swollen sores period and to divide them into treatment group and control group. The 24 patients in the treatment group are treated through blood-activating and stasis-resolving method combining with external treatment of Chinese medicine, and the 18 patients in the control group are treated by antibiotics and glucocorticoids combining with external treatment of Chinese medicine.(1) Clinical effect evaluation: to observe Chinese medicine symptom complex score and clinical effect before and after treatment.(2)Measure Hs-CRP and PRL once respectively before and after treatment.(3)To measure IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α in serum through ELISA once respectively before and after treatment.3 Results(1) Clinical effect evaluation:? TCM score:compared with before treatment, TCM scores of patients in the two groups after treatment have significant decline, and their differences have obviously statistical significance(p<0.01). After comparing the two groups after treatment, we find the treatment group is better than the control group, and their differences have obviously statistical significance(p<0.01).? Clinical effect: the total effective rate of clinical effect of stasis-resolving method combining with external treatment of Chinese medicine on plasma-cell mastitis is91.67%, and the total effective rate of antibiotics and glucocorticoids combining with external treatment of Chinese medicine is 83.33%, and after non-parametric test,p>0.05, so it hasn’t statistical significance.(2) Laboratory indicators evaluation:? Compared with before treatment, Hs-CRP、PRL of patients in the two groups have significant decline, and their differences have obviously statistical significance(p<0.01),and after compared IL-1β, IL-6 of patients of the two groups, p>0.05, so their differences haven’t statistical significance.? Compared with before treatment, IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α of patients in the two groups have significant decline, and their differences have obviously statistical significance( p<0.01), and after compared TNF-α of patients of the two groups, p>0.05, so their differences haven’t statistical significance, and after compared IL-1β, IL-6,p>0.05, so their differences haven’t statistical significance.? In the abscess period, the levels of IL-1β 、 IL-6 、 TNF-α of patients with plasma-cell mastitis are much higher than the levels of IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α in the tumor period, and their differences have obviously statistical significance(p<0.01).4 Conclusions:(1)Rise of the level of Hs-CRP of patients with plasma-cell mastitis can be one of the reference to observe the variation of the disease.(2)Rise of the level of PRL in serum of patients with plasma-cell mastitis has some relevance to the onset of the disease.(3)The levels of IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α of patients with plasma-cell mastitis in the abscess period are much higher than the levels of them in the tumor period, so the levels of IL-1β 、 IL-6 、 TNF-α of patients may be associated with the degree of inflammation.(4)The blood-activating and stasis-resolving method in Chinese medicine may relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with plasma-cell mastitis, and its mechanism may have some reference to reduce the levels of IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α of patients with plasma-cell mastitis.
