To improve the quality of life of BPH patients with scientific and effective. Hoping to provide scientific and effective ideas treatment and medication guidance for thetreatment of BPH by traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodsIn this study, referring to the relevant standards for TCM symptom score sheet scores as an indicator.120 cases into test subjects according to their chronological order, using block randomization method randomly assigned to the control group(Gl), the control group (G2),the treatment group(G3). The Gl group were given Longbishu capsule and G2 group using Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules as modified Buzhong yiqi decoction for treatmeat group G3, a course of 3 months. Before and after treatment for each patient’s urinary flow rate, IPSS score and TCM symptom score index table to determine, and record the experimental group and control group on medication during adverse conditions.Results①when 120 BPH cases were enrolled, no significant difference(P>0.05) treatment group and control group in age, disease duration, clinical type, urinary flow rate, IPSS score and TCM symptom score.②After 3 months of treatment, three groups of Qmax, Qave and IPSS score compared with before treatment were significantly different(P<0.05). Effect of G3 group was significantly superior to group G1, group G2. There were significantly.different in the three group(P<0.05).②After 3 months of treatment, remove shedding cases, G1 group of 36 cases 4 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective,8 cases improved,19 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 47.22%;G2 group of 38 cases,5 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective,9 cases improved,19 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 50%;G3 group of 36 cases,9 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,6 cases improved,12 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 66.67%. The three groups after treatment, G1, G2 group compared with G3 group were statistically significant(P<0.05).④After 3 months of treatment, the group G1 of TCM symptom score decreased from pre-treatment (11.85±3.37) to (8.13±2.42);the group G2 of TCM symptom score decreased from pre-treatment (11.18±3.45) to (8.93±3.76) points;The group G3 of TCM symptom score decreased from pre-treatment (12.15±2.89) to (7.80±1.36). All of the three groups after treatment, G1.G2 and G3 group were statistically significant (p<0.05).⑤Three groups during the study, In group G1, five patients had mild diarrhea, five cases of anorexia, one patients had mild dizziness, the total incidence rate of adverse reaction was 27.78%;In group G2, one case showed slightly loose stools, five patients with dyspepsia, one cases of slight dizziness,three cases of mild nausea, the total incidence rate of adverse reaction was 26.32%; In group G3, four patients with mild loose stools, the total incidence rate of adverse reaction was 11.11%. G1,G2 and G3 group were statistically significant (p<0.05).ConclusionModified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can improve the BPH of patients with urinary flow rate, IPSS score in a certain extent,reduce the symptoms integral, improve the function of the lower urinary tract obstruction in patients with BPH, to improve the life quality of patients with BPH. With the feasibility and certain scientific arguments from replenishing gas treatment of BPH, it is worth further clinical research. One of the effective experience of Buzhong yiqi decoction can be used as the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia, it is worthy of clinical reference. |
