Sichuan Province of China is a multi-ethnic province, of which Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan province belong to the prefecture level autonomous prefecture, jurisdiction over 18 counties, a population of about 1120000 people, mainly Tibetan, ratio of 77.8%. The health human resource allocation is one of the core elements of the medical and health level low. The significance of this paper is to enrich our national regional health human resource theory, makes the theoretical guidance for the government departments, hospitals, improve and strengthen the work of human resources in ethnic regions; is conducive to the promotion of health development in minority regions of China, to build a high-quality workforce.In this research mainly adopts literature review method, questionnaire survey method, interviews, case analysis, determined the survey area is 18 County, Sichuan Province Ganzi state governance, investigation object Sichuan Prefecture of Ganzi Province, the county hospital health workers, the majority of the people the masses to counties. According to the author’s many years of work experience, to carry out the investigation on the County Sichuan Ganzi health human resources in ethnic minority areas, with a view to minority nationality regions and health construction and development provide certain theoretical basis for the.The focus of this paper is to survey the status of health human resources of County Hospital of Sichuan minority areas.
