Under the background of regional economic integration, the development of health care in minority areas is one of the important measures to promote the coordinated development of regional, the scarcity of health human resources in ethnic regions in China has become an important problem affecting the economic development of ethnic regions, strengthen the research on health human resources in Ethnic Regions is the key to solve the structural contradictions of national health service. Sichuan Province of China is a multi-ethnic province, of which Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan province belong to the prefecture level autonomous prefecture, jurisdiction over 18 counties, a population of about 1120000 people, mainly Tibetan, ratio of 77.8%. China’s Sichuan Province in southwest China, belongs to the western region, there is a big gap between the development of social economy and the eastern region, especially the ethnic some of the remote location, traffic inconvenience area, its economic development is more backward, but on economic support for health care in the lower level. The health human resource allocation is one of the core elements of the medical and health level low. The significance of this paper is to enrich our national regional health human resource theory, makes the theoretical guidance for the government departments, hospitals, improve and strengthen the work of human resources in ethnic regions; is conducive to the promotion of health development in minority regions of China, to build a high-quality workforce.In this research mainly adopts literature review method, questionnaire survey method, interviews, case analysis, determined the survey area is 18 County, Sichuan Province Ganzi state governance, investigation object Sichuan Prefecture of Ganzi Province, the county hospital health workers, the majority of the people the masses to counties. According to the author’s many years of work experience, to carry out the investigation on the County Sichuan Ganzi health human resources in ethnic minority areas, with a view to minority nationality regions and health construction and development provide certain theoretical basis for the.The focus of this paper is to survey the status of health human resources of County Hospital of Sichuan minority areas. From the economic base, population and city development, health agencies, job satisfaction survey questionnaire survey, health workers reflect problems, explore the county hospital Ganzi health industry environment of County Hospital; health human resource allocation status and evaluation, analysis of the status of health human resource allocation, using the difference between per million population configuration volume and per area configuration quantity discrepancy index to analyze the distribution of human resources of county hospital health fair condition, compared the health human resource utilization efficiency of county hospital. Finally, several Sichuan Ganzi state human resource scale and structure, the quality of human resources and quality, area distribution balance, health personnel training status, health service performance, problem, scale of the hospital doctor cultivation quality, the relationship between doctors and patients are analyzed and discussed, the corresponding countermeasures.
