Objective:To verify the validation of the industry standard WS/T 405-2012 about adult blood cell analysis reference range,then determine whether the industry standard is applicable to the laboratory.18 blood cell analysis indicators were involved in the validation.Methods:Based on the recommendation method of NCCLS C28-A3.40 health reference individuals were chosen. The blood samples were detected and analyzed by automatic hematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100,which has passed the performance verification and calibration.Results:Main blood cell analysis indicators involved in the validation include WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, etc. The probability of all results of selected 40 reference individuals beyond the WS/T 405-2012 blood cell analysis reference interval are no more than 10%(value 90% or higher).Conclusion:The WS/T 405-2012 blood cell analysis reference range is suitable for our laboratory. A perfective verification system should be established to ensure its application.Objective:The influencing factors of urinary formed elements detection results were analyzed, to reduce unnecessary detection error and ensure the validity, reliability of urine analysis results.Methods:All urine specimens collected from the first hospital of Lanzhou University from February 2014 to April 2014 were detected by Sysmex UF-1000i fully automatic urine analyzer(UF-1000i) in this study,to summary and analysis factors that influencing detection results of urinary formed elements.Results:Studies have shown that to collect clean middle urine correctly can reduce detection error of urinary formed elements; To complete urine detection within 4 hours after urine collection have little influence for detection results of urine red blood cells, white blood cells and epithelial cells(P>0.05), the placement time of red blood cell count in urine specimen appeared a tendency to reduce, red blood cell count decreased obviously after 4hours(P<0.05); urine red blood cell count with uncentrifugation was significantly higher than centrifugation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pay more attention to the influencing factors of urine detection results and formulate relevant solutions(collect clean middle urine, complete urine detection within 4 hours,whether urine specimen need centrifugation was determined by quantity of urine red blood cell,etc)can make contribution to ensure the accuracy, reliability of urine analysis results and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
