Objective:Analysis of China’s western provinces in3339cases,18to42year old second trimester pregnant women peripheral blood calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, five kinds of mineral elements content test results. Understand the above five mineral elements in the population lack and excess of the status quo and its reasons, Analysis of five mineral elements in the region, the difference between the age, Pregnant women established reference range of values of the peripheral blood of five elements. Methods:According to cluster sampling method, we select3339cases of second trimester healthy pregnant women Gansu, Shaanxi and Sichuan provinces of western China from18to42-year-old regular prenatal complete data for the sample.Using the multi-channel flame atomic absorption spectrometer (BH5100) detection of peripheral blood of pregnant women, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium five kinds of element content, Analysis of the various provinces in the peripheral blood of pregnant women in all age groups of five element content comparison, and finally with the percentile method to develop a reference range of values of the five elements.Results:1.Study sample:In this study, samples were taken from the three provinces of Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan, a total of3339cases, with an average age of27.09±4.44, Gansu and Shaanxi to26~age group the number of cases, Sichuan Province to18~age group most, Provinces maternal age distribution in line with the general characteristics of the provinces, The representativeness better.2.The three provinces of pregnant women calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium status quo: mean three provinces pregnant women calcium content within the normal range of values, the lowest content of Gansu Province, Shaanxi Province, the highest age group30to group the highest andpregnant women calcium content increasing trend with the highest maternal age, the three provinces pregnant women calcium deficiency is more serious, including lack of Shaanxi Province, the lowest rate of25.94%, Gansu Province, the lack of the highest rates of53.18%even pregnant women calcium overdose phenomenon also exists;pregnant women iron mean within the normal range, the three provinces content difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Sichuan Province minimum, Gansu Province, the highest age group of26to the highest age group, pregnant women, severe iron deficiency, Gansu Provincethe lack of the lowest rate of8.47percent, Sichuan Province, the lack of the highest rates of59.30%, iron overload phenomenon only appears in Gansu Province; mean zinc content in the normal range, the three provinces content difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), including Sichuanthe lowest, the Gansu highest age group of26years old was the highest, pregnant women zinc deficiency is more prevalent, Gansu lack of rate5.10%, Sichuan lack of the highest rates of13.99%, zinc overdose cases fewer, not common; copper content mean inwithin the normal range, the three provinces mean a significant difference (P<0.05), the lowest in Gansu Province, Sichuan Province, the highest, to18-year-old group was the highest in the different age groups, the lack of rate Sichuan minimum0.10%copper, Gansu highest16.61%, copperexcessive but relatively rare phenomenon; mean magnesium content in the normal range, Sichuan Province, the mean minimum, maximum Gansu, different age groups,26years old was the highest magnesium deficiency and excess phenomenon is not widespread.3.Establishment of a range of reference values in peripheral blood of five elements:according to the different provinces, different age groups (age group18to26-year-old group, to30-year-old group) established peripheral blood calcium, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium Referencevalue range, were taken to section2.5.10,16,25,50,75,84,90,97.5percentile values established the desired reference range (P16~P84) and critical reference range (P2.5to P97.5) provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.Conclusion:1. Three provinces in mid-gestation pregnant women in peripheral blood calcium, iron, copper, magnesium content due to the natural environment, climatic conditions, diet showed regional differences, but the average content of each element of the three provinces in the age group of pregnant women were within the normal reference valuesrange.2. The three provinces of calcium, iron and zinc in each age group of pregnant women lack are more serious, less copper, magnesium deficiency.3. Peripheral blood of pregnant women in calcium, iron, copper, magnesium overdose phenomenon exists, but only for the individual pregnant women.4. Establish three provinces in each age group peripheral blood calcium, iron, copper, magnesium reference value range, to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis.
