Radiology is the activities which use of radioisotopes, radiation device clinical diagnosis for the treatment and health check. With the improvement of China’s national economic development and the level of medical technology, radiology is an inevitable product of social development, X-ray diagnostics, interventional radiology, clinical nuclear medicine, radiation oncology and other types of radiation treatment, has become a very significant part of modern medicine.According to the ministry special action embodiments,the Fujian Provincial Environmental Protection Office and my work unit in 2012 carried out a province-wide organization of radiation safety inspection. By the end of 2013.08,according to incomplete statistics, our province has a total of 1,549 companies or organizations which use nuclear technology, among which hospitals occupy 1096,about 70.7%. Totally there are 2694 ray devices, among which hospitals occupy 2105,about 78%. From the data above, strengthen radiology radiation protection and safety management, is to meet the urgent needs of our province and the cause of the rapid development of China’s radiology. Thus research on the current situation of radiology clinics and radiation protection have practical significance for the radiation environment radiation surveys and radiology management.In this paper, taking hospital radiology clinic project as research subjective about Fujian Provincial, it combines with the author daily monitoring and social statistics, in order to demonstrate a clear status of the radiation situation in our province. For the typical existing problems, specific case studies, theoretical analysis and practical monitoring data are combined in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and domestic and foreign scientific research to analyze the problem. In addition from the overview of whole project, the correct choice of protective materials, the design of the shield wall as well as "three waste" disposal projects,it analyzes shortcomings and.proposes some measures to optimize the protection processes of radiation treatment.These research is conducive to understanding the status of radiology radiation, studying radiology radiation protection has very important significance to guide radiation treatment technology going on the track of sustainable, rapid and healthy development. It provides references for the construction companies to improve exited projects, and provides a theoretical basis for the planning project. Furthermore it provides the management reference for the regulatory authorities to reduce ionizing radiation. |
