Objective The role of IL-17 and its receptor in Angiogenesis of Laryngeal Cancer by JAK/STAT3 Signaling PathwayMethods The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2008 to March 2013 70 cases of laryngeal surgical specimens, 70 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues and normal tissues, as normal tissue as control group, carcinoma and adjacent tissues in different pathological grade, collected 70 cases of laryngeal cancer patients and 40 healthy controls peripheral blood to detect IL-17, VEGF-A concentration in peripheral blood using ELISA. western blot assay IL-17, IL-17 R JAK1 / 2 p-JAK1 / 2, STAT3 p-STAT3, VEGF-A COX-2、MMP-9 the signal changes at the molecular level. Results The content of IL-17、VEGF-A is related to the degree of differentiation in the serum of patients with laryngeal cancer、laryngeal cancer、lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P <0.05), is unrelated to age、sex、primary tumor site(P> 0.05). Western blot analysis showed that at different times in development of laryngeal cancer, with the deterioration of laryngeal cancer, IL-17、IL-17 R expression gradually increased, the related signaling pathways JAK1 / 2、p-JAK1 / 2、STAT3、p-STAT3、STAT3 expression gradually increased, VEGF-A、COX-2 and MMP-9 expression was also significantly increased. Conclusion IL-17 plays an important role in promoting angiogenesis of laryngeal cancer, IL-17 binding to the receptor via JAK / STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in promoting angiogenesis of laryngeal cancer.
