Objective:To investigate CHC patients’ age, gender, way of HCV infection, HCV-RNA copy level, HCV genotypes, liver function, the host IL-28b genotype (including:SNP(rs12979860), SNP(rs8099917), SNP (rs12980275)), blood glucose levels, etc. Methods:Randomly collect 37 patients with CHC visits from the first hospital of Lanzhou university from December,2012 to December 2013, anlysing age, gender, HCV infection, HCV-RNA copy level, HCV genotypes, liver function, the host IL28 genotype (including:SNP(rs12979860), SNP(rs8099917), SNP(rs12980275)), using software SPSS 12.0 for data. Result:1. The CHC patients, gene 1b type and 2a patients, the difference in gender is not exist, but in the remaining 5 patients, there are more men patients.2. The CHC patients, the HCV-RNA replication high levels are the most common in different genotypes, and the low level copy the most rare.3. The CHC patients, the way of blood transfusion is the most common.4. The CHC patients, AST, ALT have not obvious statistical difference in genotypes; Total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin has no significant difference among genotypes of CHC patients.5. Blood glucose levels in CHC patients are no significant differences between different genotypes.6. The CHC patients in host rs 12979860 IL-28 b, C/C is most common, and T/T in the fewest into patients. T/T is most common in rs8099917,and G/G group of patients, the fewest number is not checked out; rs12980257 most common sites is C/C, T/T group also did not check out a case of a patient. All SNP have no statistical difference between different genotype.ConclusionThe genotypes of CHC patients with HCV are associated with gender, level of RNA. The infecting way of HCV, liver function level are not correlated; HCV genotypes has no obvious correlation between metabolic. IL-28b has no obvious correlation between alleles in different genotype.
