Objective In recent years, social cognitive of schizophrenia patients is a hot spot, TOM and decision-making is an important part of social cognition, and they are closely related to adapt to the social life, however, many studies were focused on the adult schizophrenia patients, but compared with the adult schizophrenia patients, the adolescent schizophrenia with the characteristics of negative symptoms, illness repeatedly and lasting treatment, so that adolescent schizophrenia patients and their families not being able to shoulder increasing the economic burden and emotional. So the research about adolescent schizophrenia of social cognitive ability is profound, based on the test of the Yoni, IGT and GDT three tests to investigate adolescent schizophrenia patients TOM and decision-making ability, from the perspective of development and cognitive study the cognitive characteristics of adolescent schizophrenia patients.Methods(1) TOM: 65 adolescent schizophrenia and 58 control match with age, gender, level of education, intelligence in Yoni, investigating subjects of cold TOM and hot TOM, first and second order TOM.The statistical indicators for test scores, namely the number of correct answer questions. Record the scores of the test, used to determine the ability of similar between the two groups. And to investigate the task of theory of mind ability scores and duration and symptom severity is even relevant.(2)The ability of decision-making : 65 patients with schizophrenia 58 control and 45 adult control match with gender, level of education, intelligence in IGT and GDT. IGT includes good options and bad option, GDT includes risk option and the observing option, net score of major two groups of subjects in GDT(risk option number- the number of adverse option), net score on which tasks(adverse number of options- risk option number). Results Experiment one: Study on the theory of cognitive and emotional psychological ability score in the two groups have significant difference(Cog: t=- 3.718, p < 0.01; Aff: t = 1.189, p = 0.24), on the control problems in the two groups show no significant difference(Phy: t=1.189, p = 0.24). Level of cognitive psychology theory ability were not different between two groups of participants(Cog1: t=1.909, P = 0.062), the secondary cognitive psychological theory ability plays a significant role in both two groups had no difference(Cog2: t=4.295, P < 0.01). Primary and secondary ability to compare two groups had no emotion psychology theory, adolescent patients with schizophrenia group significantly worse than normal control group(Aff1: t = 2.655, P < 0.05; Aff2: t = 3.889, P < 0.01). Table 5 shows that theory of mind ability of each sub score(Cog1 Cog2 Aff1, Aff2) and the course of the disease and the severity of the disease are not correlation(P > 0.05).Experiment 2: on the IGT task, EOS group net scores and there is no significant difference between the net score of HC(EOS: =- 3.23, S = 15.65; HC: = 6.60, S = 15.62; t = 0.863, df = 65, p = 0.39). 2(Group) x 5(Block) repetitive measure analysis of variance(interval) found that interval main effect significantly(F(4,244) = 7.36, p < 0.01), the net proceeds of the branch with the mission to significantly change;Subjects group no significant main effect(F(1,65) = 0.75, p = 0.39). The interaction was not significant(F(4,244) = 0.264, p = 0.90).On the GDT task: EOS and HC GDT two groups had no net score did not differ significantly EOS: = 7.70, S = 9.75;HC: = 5.61, S = 10.23;T = 0.84, df = 65, p = 0.40).2(test group) x 4 repetitive measure analysis of variance(option) found that subjects group no significant main effect(F(1,65) = 1.20, p = 0.27), shows that two groups of participants did not differ between the decision to choose way;Significant main effect between options(F(3,192) = 13.38, p < 0.001), said the participants tend to insurance in the process of choosing options;Interaction of the two is not significant(F(3,192) = 0.99, p = 0.39).Conclusion The main findings of this study is adolescent schizophrenia psychological theory, there are large degree of damage, While adolescent schizophrenia patients are impaired on decision making under ambiguity, they are unimpaired on decision making under risk.
