Objective:Retrospetive analysis of Chronic hepatitis B(CHB) in child with the relationship of clinical manifestation, serology and pathology of hepatitis, we aim to improve the understanding on CHB of child and provide the theoretical of early prevention, early diagnose and early treatment. Methods:Collect 46 cases with CHB diagnosed by patient’s clinical manifestation, laboratory test result, equipment results and liver pathology from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in January 2008 to June 2014. The patients were grouped by ALT, one is≤40U/L as group Ⅰ, the other is>40U/L as group Ⅱ. Compare with clinical manifestation, serology and pathology of hepatitis, virusology.Results:1.Group Ⅰ’s average age was (9.66±4.27) years. Group Ⅱ’s was (6.88±4.45) years.2.GroupI’s blood plasma LgHBV DNA was (6.23±1.45)copies/ml, GroupII’s was (7.55±0.96) copies/ml; 3.ALT was positively correlated with AST, the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis positively correlated;4.It could have a good therapeutic effect on CHB according to improve patient’s compliance and acknowledge.Conclusion:1. CHB children’s average age of normal ALT is older than abnormity.2. Serum HBV DNA with CHB can react liver damage.3.ALT was positively correlated with AST, the degree of liver inflammation and fibrosis positively correlated.4.We aim to have a good therapeutic effect on CHB according to improve patient’s compliance and acknowledge.
