| Diabetes and its complications has become a serious threat in human health public health problem worldwide.How to prevent and cure diabetes better has become a concern of the proposition.The purpose of this project is to carry on clinical observation of Ning Yagong director’s experience prescription.This formula is called the Huang Di Ji Xian Decoction, which formed by the law theory of “purgation which implementation, guide the adjustment of balance”. It Provide the diagnosis and treatment of new ideas and methods for the treatment of diabetes, rich in diabetes treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory, in order to further popularize and application.Objective:Observation of Huang Di ji Xian decoction on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin level changes and changes of TCM symptom score and symptom curative effect evaluation.To provide new ideas and methods for prevention and treatment of diabetes of TCM, and provide the clinical basis for the treatment of diabetes.methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of type 2 diabetic patients 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group 36 cases, given a Huang Di ji Xian decoction, 36 cases in the control group, treated with metformin treatment.The two groups were given diabetic education, given the same diabetic diet and exercise guidance.Each group in 4 weeks as a course of treatment, observation of 3 treatment for 12 weeks.Results:1、Age, gender analysisThis research finally included observation on 62 cases of newly diagnosed diabetes patients in male and female incidence rate is 1.69:1, more men than women. The average age of patients was 51.10 ± 10.25 years old. Mainly middle and old aged people.2、Analysis of blood glucose levels before and after treatmentThrough the two groups of patients with "fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin" clinical observation, the results showed that after 12 weeks of treatment, the two groups of patients "fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level" compared with those before treatment with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).But no statistically significant difference between the two groups compared(P>0.05).3、Analysis of blood lipid changes before and after treatmentAfter statistics before and after treatment in the two groups found that the body mass index, cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein group there were significant difference between(P < 0.05), the treatment in the two groups before and after the body mass index, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein between compared with no significant difference(P > 0.05), treatment in the two groups before and after high density lipoprotein group compared with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).4、Symptom curative effect analysiAfter 12 weeks of treatment before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were analyzed by integral of symptoms were statistically compared. The results showed that the treatment group and the control group in the group between the groups, there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The symptom scores were calculated symptom curative effect determination results by using nimodipine method formula, by chi square test, P < 0.05, between the two groups compared with statistical significance.Conclusion:With " the application of reinforcing and reducing, adjust the balance" method guidance regulation experience prescription Huang Diji Xian Decoction can make the patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased.And the clinical symptoms in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients improved obviously better than metformin. |
