OBJECTIVE:Analyze and discuss the clinical data, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infection diseases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) after chemotherapy. In order to achieve the goal to guide clinical doctor observation condition better, provide the basis for choice a appropriate treatment time and treatment strategy.METHODS:Clinical data of 63 children with ALL of pulmonary infection diseases after chemotherapy who were admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University during July,2013-July,2014, was collected to conduct a retrospective analysis. Employing SPSS version 16.0 for statistical analysis.RESULTS:The total rate of ALL with pulmonary infection diseases after chemotherapy is 9.05%, during induction chemotherapy is 37.25%.The median time of pulmonary infection in VDLP is the 18th day after chemotherapy. The most common symptoms of pulmonary infection is cough and fever. In 63 cases,60.32% is neutropenia,65.08% is lymphopenia,73.02% is leukopenia,P > 0.05,have no statistically difference. CRP is more sensitive than D-dimer in the early diagnosis of infection, P< 0.05, have statistically difference. The most common pathogens diseases of pulmonary infection is bacterial infection (43 cases,68.25%), followed by fungal infection (10 cases,15.87%). There are 14 calturcs of bacteria are found,71.43% is gram negative bacterium, most of bacteria are e. coli and pseudomonas aeruglnosa. The drug sensitive rate of hydrocarbon enzyme alkenes antibiotic is above 70%.CONCLUSIONS1.The highest rate pulmonary infection of ALL after chemotherapy is during the period of induction chemotherapy, The median time of pulmonary infection in VDLP is the 18th day after chemotherapy.2.The pulmonary infection of ALL after chemotherapy is frequently occur in the period of neutropenia, lymphopenia and leukopenia.3. CRP is more sensitive than D-dimer in the early diagnosis of infection.4.The most common pathogens diseases of pulmonary infection is bacterial infection. Gram negative bacterium is a major pathogen of pulmonary infection after chemotherapy. The common drug of the initial empiric antimicrobial therapy is hydrocarbon enzyme alkenes antibiotic.5.radiographic changes of ALL of the pulmonary infection after chemotherapy are diversity, but extensive lung marking increased or cloudy opacity shadow accompanied by hypoxemia, should be first considerd fungal infection.
