Objective:To explore the predictive value of serum hormones levels in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles on pregnancy outcome.Methods:Retrospective analysis natural cycles of cryo-thaw embryo transfer from January 2012 to March 2014.The curve estimation procedured between progesterone level on one-day before transfer and No. of clinical pregnancy.The involved cases were divided into three groups by the cut-point of progesterone.The main outcome was the clinical pregnancy rate. Retrospective analysis HRT cycles of cryo-thaw embryo transfer from January 2012 to July 2014.Cases characteristics and estradiol level on progesterone administration day and clinical pregnancy rate were analysted.Results:A total of 262 natural cycles were observed.The regression equation was Y=-1.116X2+6.987X+12.813(P<0.05).Groups were divided by the cut-point of progesterone on one-day before transfer.There was no difference in age,endometrial type and thickness,No.of embryos transferred,No.of top embryos transferred,type of cryopreservation, type of fertilization, type of infertility among groups(P<0.05).However,BMI and the clinical pregnancy rates among groups showed significant difference. A total of 166 HRT-cycles were recruited.There was no difference in age, BMI, endometrial type and thickness, No.of embryos transferred, No.of top embryos transferred, type of cryopreservation, type of fertilization, type of infertility, estradiol level on progesterone administration day between pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group.Conclusions:The level of progesterone on one-day before transfer from 3ng/ml to 8ng/ml would create higher clinical pregnancy rates in natural cycle cryo-thaw transfer. The estradiol level on progesterone administration day does not impact the pregnancy outcome in HRT cycle cryo-thaw transfer.
