The Clinical Value Of CT-guided Biopsy In 120 Patients Intrathoracic Lesions

Objective:This study was to evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided lung biopsy in the diagnosis of intrathoracic lesions.Methods:A total of 124 cases of CT examination showed intrathoracic lesion of the patients as the research object in The Second hospital of He Bei Medical University from March 2013 to December 2011.Before all patients row CT guided biopsy breast biopsy, they first row the CT enhancement to choose the best conformation, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:124 cases of patients, 4 cases diagnosed by CT enhancement examination for vascular abundance mass and unfavorable biopsy, 120 cases of patients with puncture success, of which 83 cases of tumor lesions, 29 cases of benign lesions, malignant tumor diagnosis accuracy 90.1%, and the diagnostic accuracy of non tumor lesions was 89.7%, 8 cases of biopsy results failed to diagnose. The lesion form of puncture in the diagnosis of the influence of positive rate was statistically significant(P<0.05). 23 cases with complications were found in the biopsy, accounted for 19.2%, including 7 cases for a small amount of pneumothorax, 14 cases with a small needle bleeding and pulmonary hemorrhage, 2 cases of hemoptysis, and in the 23 cases with complications, including 4 cases of a small amount of pneumothorax combined with a small amount of bleeding, no serious complications and metastasize needle.Conclusion:CT guided percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of intrathoracic lesions has high positive rate, good security, can provide powerful pathological basis for clinical, reduces unnecessary rate of traumatic surgery, worthy of clinical application and spread.
