Objective:Discussing the research effect on breast screening using of ultrasound elastography in combination with Micro Pure ultrasonography,and comparing to mammography.Methods:A total of 105 patients with breast neoplasm(118 lesions)confirmed pathologically at Central Hospital of Chengde City during November 2013 to November 2014 were collected to identification of benign or malignant lesions by the methods of ultrasound elastography and Micro Pure ultrasonography and mammography respectively,to calculatethe detection rate of breast neoplasm,analysis of different ways to the sensitivity,specificity,correct index,the positive predictive rate and the negative predictive rate of detection of breast cancer,study on the advantages and clinical value of various methods.Results:The data of pathological examination in 118 lesions proved that 80 malignant lesions,38 benign lesions.Malignant lesions microcalcification detection rate is 61.86% by Micro Pure ultrasonography,malignant lesions microcalcification detection rate is 54.24% by mammography methods;Micro Pure ultrasonography in malignant lesions microcalcification detection rate is higher than mammography method,the difference wasnot statistically significant(P>0.05).Micro Pure ultrasonography,ultrasound elastography,both joint inspection,rates of sensitivity of malignant lesions were 91.25%,87.50% and 93.75%,rates of specificity were 76.32%,84.21% and 73.68%,proper indexs were 67.57%,71.71% and 67.43%,positive predictive rates were 89.02%,92.11% and 88.24%,and negative predictive rates were 80.56%,76.19% and 84.85%.Through mammography method,rates of sensitivity of malignant lesions were 80.00%,rates of specificity were 81.58%,proper indexs were 61.58%,positive predictive rates were90.14%,and negative predictive rates were 65.96%.The sensitivity and proper indexs of the both joint inspection method are higher than mammography method,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparison of methods with ultrasound elastography in combination with Micro Pure ultrasonography and mammography methods,the detection rate of breast malignant lesions,The former is higher,theidentification of breast neoplasm benign or malignant has important value,the accuracy of diagnosis of breast cancer is higher,and can be widely used in breast screening,contribute to breast cancer early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment and to improve breast cancer survival and quality of life.
