Objectt:This issue was observed the effect to early functional rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty through acupuncture massage point,to evaluate the effect of acupuncture massage to reduce the pain, increase knee range of motion in the early total knee arthroplasty postoperative. Methods:This topic selected studies 47 patients, were collected from December 2013 to October 2014 in line with the knee osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis knee of our hospital patients, male 15 cases, female 32 cases, between 52 to 86 years, the average age of 64.53 years. All the patients according to the order of admission were randomly after admission number group, divided into:Acupuncture massage treatment group and treatment control group.a total of 2 groups. Take the following treatments:(1)Acupuncture massage treatment group:all the patients after admission completed the relevant checks before surgery, including limb knee lateral X-ray, lower limbs full length X-ray and oral 200 mg celecoxib the night before surgery. After admission were set according to the operation scheme of surgical treatment. Given to conventional analgesic, anti-inflammatory treatment after surgery. All of the patient’s surgical wound is fully healed after two weeks, two groups of patients were under the rehabilitation programmed strictly functional exercise; (2) treatment control group: Acupuncture massage treatment group strictly in accordance with the original rehabilitation program. Intervention treatment:On the basis of the rehabilitation program, using acupuncture massage treat affected limb. Observation index:①the visual analogue scale pain score (VAS); ②the knee range of motion (ROM); ③the knee joint function assessment:the use of hospital for special surgery knee score standard. Observe and record the two groups of patients with postoperative for one week, two weeks, a month, three months after evaluation of the results, and access to data. All data was used SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of efficacy of the test scheme, compliance was good, did not accept the other treatments during the test case, and comparative analysis of difference between the two groups.Results:(1)General data analysis oftwo groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05), and were comparable; (2)Between the two groups of subjects, the subjects of two groups had statistical significance (P>0.05) in the VAS score, HSS knee score standard after one week, two weeks, a month, and were comparable, and acupuncture massage treatment group was superior to the treatment control group; but after three months, he clinical curative effect of two groups were not statistically significant therapeutic effect (P<0.05). The subjects of two groups had statistical significance (P>0.05) in the knee ROM after one week, two weeks, and were comparable, and acupuncture massage treatment group was superior to the treatment control group; but after a month and three months, he clinical curative effect of two groups were not statistically significant therapeutic effect (P<0.05). (3)Comparred in the two groups, the subjects of each group after one week, two weeks, a month, three months were statistically significant in the VAS score, knee ROM, HSS knee score standard (P<0.05), and acupuncture massage treatment group was superior to the treatment control group.Conclusions:(1)The subjects of the acupuncture massage treatment group, generally speaking, in VAS score, knee ROM, HSS knee score standard function recovery were better than the treatment control group with postoperative for one week, two weeks, a month, but had no significant difference with postoperative for three months. (2)Acupuncture massage can reduce the pain, increase knee range of motion in the early total knee arthroplasty postoperative, thereby enabling the patient to obtain the greatest degree of knee function activity in total knee arthroplasty during the early functional rehabilitation exercises can better guide clinical work.Results:(1)General information on the subject of analysis groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05), comparable. (2)Between two groups:group with regular acupuncture massage in the control group after one week, after two weeks, and after one month time point VAS score and HSS score overall significant difference (P<0.05), while 3 months after the point in time of the VAS score and HSS score was no significant difference (P>0.05) as a whole; overall difference after one week and two weeks after the time point of the knee ROM was significantly (P<0.05), while 1 month after surgery, no three-month time point ROM score overall significant difference (P>0.05). (3)Within two groups:group with regular acupuncture massage in the control group after one week, two weeks, one month, three month VAS score, HSS knee score and ROM were significant differences (P<0.05), and acupuncture ma-ssage group improved magnitude better than the conventional group.Conclusions:(1)Acupuncture massage subjects in pain VAS score, HSS scores functional recovery after surgery one week, two weeks, at different times superior to conventional control group, but after 3 months was no significant differences; after 1 week,2 weeks for knee ROM function recovery better than conventional control group, but after one month, three months was no significant difference; (2)Acupuncture massage in total knee replacement surgery in early functional rehabilitation applications that can effectively alleviate the total knee arthroplasty early postoperative knee pain, increase range of motion and improve knee function.
