Objective:To observe the effect of pre-injection of parecoxib sodium during waking up from sevoflurance anesthesia in children. Methods:A total of 120 patients with cheft palate repair sevoflurance anesthesia were randomly divided into 4 group with 30 cases each group. Low parecoxib sodium(group L), middle parecoxib sodium(group M),high parecoxib sodium(group H),control group(group C). Group L received parecoxib 0.5mg/kg iv. before induction of anesthesia, group M received parecoxib 0.75mg/kg, group H received parecoxib1mg/kg and Group C received equal volume of normal saline. Start induction with Oxygen mask(6L·min-1)+8%sevoflurance,then give midazolam0.05mg/kg,vecuronium 0.1mg/kg and fentanyl 3μg/kg. Record the operation in detail, agitation and pain and sedation. Record adverse reaction after 24 hours in children. Results: Compared with group C,the incidence of agitation rate and PAED score were decreased in group L、M and H(P<0.05).After operation the FLACC score were decreased in group L、M and H(P<0.05);the Ramsay score were increased in group M and H(P<0.05).Compared with group L,the incidence of agitation rate and PAED score were significant decreased in group M and H(P<0.05),the FLACC score were significant decreased in the time of T0 and T1(P<0.05).But Ramsay score were significant increased in group M and H in the time of T1(P<0.05). Compared with group M, each time of FLACC score and Ramsay score have not statistically significant differences(P>0.05).But The incidence of nausea and vomiting increased, have statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Each group of anesthesia time, operation time, extubation time,PACU stay time have not statistically significantdifferences(P>0.05).Conclusion: The pre-injection of parecoxib sodium is a safe and effective to prevent emergence agitation in children with sevoflurane anesthesia. And have no obvious adverse reaction, the pre-injection of parecoxib sodium 0.75mg/kg to prevent of emergence agitation in children is the most ideal choice.
