In this paper, the new servo slow pull therapeutic instrument control and information management system is designed for the treatment of lumbar and cervical spondylosis. The permanent magnet synchronous motor as a power source applied to the servo slow pull therapeutic instrument design, Study on the mathematical model and algorithm of the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and simulation. Based on the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor, completed the follow-up slow traction treatment instrument hardware and software design, to achieve the control treatment instrument precision and good human-computer interaction.Firstly, the paper Introduces the development and structure of the traction device and permanent magnet synchronous motors, on this basis, the vector control system of three kinds of coordinate system and the coordinate transformation method is studied, established mathematical model of a permanent magnet synchronous motor under different axes. Introduced the design principle of vector control and speed regulator and current regulator, and the use of Simulink in Matlab, established the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, has carried on the simulation research on vector control algorithm, and the sudden loading or sudden unloading conditions, the dynamic characteristics of the motor are simulated, the research results show that, the vector control can be very good to make the servo system is stable in operation, and has better dynamic characteristics.Secondly, through the fundamental research and Simulation of AC servo motor vector control optimization algorithm, to design servo slow traction treatment instrument hardware part, based on STM32, the hardware system of therapeutic instrument is designed. Also, the input circuit, output circuit, serial communication circuit and the sensor selection is designed. The design of hardware system can meet the different changes of various traction mode, angle of traction, traction, and ensure the safety of treatment, angle of traction and traction accuracy.Finally, programing software of the therapeutic instrument, has achieved the good human-computer interaction. The software provides various treatment modalities, including program traction and traction for the user to select, In addition, you can set the traction force and traction angle, The software part can reflect the real-time traction condition, and compared with the ideal state of traction force, so that doctors and patients can understand the real-time status of treatment.
