Objective:Present Situation survey the incidence of thyroid disease and risk factors, Discussion of thyroid disease and blood lipids, glucose metabolism correlation. Methods:Collection 2010- 2013 laboratory analysis data in Laiwu Central Hospital outpatient and inpatient total of 12,000 cases, the detection of the five indicators of thyroid function and blood glucose, serum lipids of which 9270 cases.Data for 9270 cases related statistical analysis. Results:There were 9270 cases detected 1371 cases of thyroid stimulating hormone in the abnormal range, detection rate of 14.79%,there is 772 higher than normal thyroid stimulating hormone. the detection rate was 8.33%,there is 599 cases lower than normal TSH, the detection rate was 6.46%, 1371 cases of thyroid dysfunction, hypothyroidism is 199 cases(2.15% of 9270 cases), subclinical hypothyroidism were 573 cases(6.18% of 9270 cases), thyroid function hyperthyroidism 284(3.06% of 9270 cases) subclinical hyperthyroidism were 315 cases(3.40% of 9270 cases).1371 914 cases of female patients, male 447 cases of autoimmune antibodies(TG-Ab, TPO-Ab)-positive have 1,583 cases, the detection rate was 17.08%. 646 cases were male, 937 cases were female. <60 years age have 843 cases, ≥ 60 years of age there are 740 cases of the elderly. 9270 cases of elevated triglycerides have 2419 cases(26.09% of 9270 cases) had elevated total cholesterol 716 cases(7.72% of 9270 cases) hyperglycemia has 1566 cases(16.89% of 9270 cases) according to the level of serum TSH thyroid function will Hyperthyroidism is divided into groups, group subclinical hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism group, subclinical hypothyroidism group and the normal group, total cholesterol between the groups, triglycerides, high density level of lipoprotein cholesterol, low density level of lipoprotein cholesterol levels comparison, the comparison results were different, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.001). In the triglycerides, total cholesterol, blood glucose, each of the five indicators of thyroid function in thyroid-stimulating hormone, free triiodothyronine three were different, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Free thyroxine in total cholesterol, blood glucose are different, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1, thyroid dysfunction can cause the body’s blood glucose metabolism, blood lipids. Thyroid function hyperthyroidism prone to hyperglycemia, thyroid dysfunction prone to hyperlipidemia; 2, high cholesterol, thyroid hormone levels in patients with high blood sugar have changed; 3, thyroid abnormalities in the crowd, we should pay attention to their lipids, changes in blood sugar levels. Also, once the patient lipids, blood glucose abnormal findings, we should also consider the impact of abnormal thyroid function as well as whether lipids, glucose metabolism that may arise. Therefore, in clinical work jointly to strengthen the detection of thyroid function and blood lipids, especially for the elderly more clinical significance; 4, the current situation of China’s population is more serious thyroid disease prevalence, prevention and treatment of the situation can not be ignored. There is an upward trend in the incidence of thyroid disease, which is associated with the salt iodization policy needs further study.
