Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of brochopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in preterm infants of Neonatal Intensive Care units(NICU)in Zao Zhuang Maternaland Child health Hospital. Disscuss the ocurrence and the risk factors for development of BPD, and to provide the helpful clinical information for the prevention, and treatment of BPD.Methods:Data were retrospective collected from NICU in Zao Zhuang Maternaland Child health Hospital between Jan.2010 to Dec.2014.295 babies whose gestational age was<37week and survived over 28 days were included in this study. All the data conclude sex, birth weight, gestational age, maternal and neonatal risk factors were compared between BPD and non—BPD group. The key factors of BPD were made the logistic analysis to its high -risk factor.Result:1.The incidencc of BPD in hospital date number≥28 was 17.9%2.Prenatal hormones and pregnacy complications had no significant relationship with BPD.3.The single factor analysis demonstrate that the BPD high-risk factor had the sex(male),gestational ageConclusions:1. Gestational age<30 Weeks is the basis of the occurence of BPD.2.The prenatal factors on the occurence of BPD was no significant.3. in preventing BPD,Preventing small gestational age and low birth weight premature, shortening the time of mechanical ventilation and controlling pneumonia were effective measures. |
