ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to analyze the rule of acupoint selectio n for PSVT and to study the intracardiac electrophysiology effect of acup uncture on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.MethodsFirstly, We collected the trial of acupuncture treatment for PSVT thro ugh CNKIã€Wan Fangã€VIPã€Biological Journals Database and Pubmed. Then we e xtract the points of information to establish database and analyze the ru le of acupoint selection for PSVT with the SPSS clemintine 12. Secondly,11 patients were induced PSVT with programmed electrical stimulation and th e effect of acupuncture on heart rate and intracardiac electrophysiology was studied.ResultsTotally 57 articles met the inclusion criteria and a total of 62 poin ts was selected. The frequency of the use of the points is 170 times. Neigu an point was used most commonly, accounting for 25.29%, followed by Zusanli, Sheng meng, Xinshu, Juque, Tanzhong. The association rules are:Neiguan=>Sheng meng;Neiguan=>Zusanli.Neiguan=>Xinshu. The meridians that commonly used a re Pericardium Meridian, Heart Meridian, Foot Yangming Meridian, Foot Bladde r Meridian. The association rules are:Pericardium Meridian=>Heart Meridia n;Pericardium Meridian=>Foot Yangming Meridian;Heart Meridian=>Foot Yangm ing Meridian^ Pericardium Meridian. There are 11 patients induced PSVT by p rogrammed electrical stimulation, of whom only one patient of PSVT was ter minated. The heart rate of the another patients do not change significantl y(P>0.05). ConclusionThe data mining technology can effectively help to analyse the litera tureand to summarize clinical experience. Acupuncture Neiguan point could not terminate PSVT induced by programmed stimulation. The effect on PSVT o f acupuncture need more the rigorous trial to test. |
