Clinical Research Of Yiqifuzheng Method Work On Acute Myocardial Injury During Using Anthracycline Chemotherapy Drugs

ObjectiveAnthracycline chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of hematological system tumor, but because it has many side effects, especially the cardiac toxicity, to a certain extent restricted its use. At present, the modern medicine and TCM in anthracycline cardiotoxicity has not yet has a definite therapeutic scheme. This research will use the methods of traditional Chinese medicine (Yiqifuzheng Method) study on the prevention of anthracycline drugs in clinical effect of malignant hematologic diseases acute cardiac toxicity, and it may provide the reference that Chinese medicine is an effective prevention and treatment of malignant tumor patients blood used anthracycline chemotherapy acute cardiac toxicity.MethodsAccording to the experimental requirements collected 60 cases of application of the anthracycline patients as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group, the experimental group using Yiqifuzheng Method to be treated with intravenous Shenqifuzheng injection, control group not to use Shenqifuzheng injection, observe the treatment for 3 weeks, respectively before and after treatment were observed in two groups of patients clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, myocardial enzymes and other related indicators, the use of statistical methods comparative analysis of two groups of experiment data, finally draw the conclusion.ResultsThe experimental group total effective rate (86.6%) than in the control group (63.3%), two groups of data compared to P＜0.05, with statistical significance. In this two groups of patients, palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath and other symptoms were obviously improved than before treatment (P＜0.01), and the experimental group, the clinical symptoms improved better than the control group. Two groups of patients with Karnofsky score were improved, and the experimental group is better than control group (P＜0.05), and the patients in the experimental group in the improvement of heart function is also better than the control group (P＜0.05). Cardiac index (Laboratory of myocardial enzymes, cardiac troponin I, cardiac ultrasound EF value) on the tips of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment (P＜0.05), but the difference between groups is not obvious. Two groups of patients with electrocardiographic changes have no significant difference after treatment, also no significant differences between groups. Detection of safety indicators suggest that the two groups before and after treatment in patients with no significant effect on blood analysis, detection of liver and kidney function, urine, stool test combination safety index.ConclusionAcute cardiac damage of the anthracycline chemotherapy drug can be markedly improved.It can relieve the patient/pain, chest tightness,shortness of breath and other symptoms, can improve heart function of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, but no significant difference on patients with myocardial enzymes, cardiac ultrasound and ECG indexes improvements.
