Clinical Observation Of Old Injury Of Human Lateral Ankle Ligament Treated With The Chuanxiong Qi Lotion Medical Fumigation

ObjectiveThis research is to observe the clinical effectiveness by using the Chuanxiong qi lotion in treating old injury of human lateral ankle ligament.MethodsThe study usd a randomized clinical trial including sixty patients with old injury of human lateral ankle ligament, which came from orthopedic outpatient on foot and ankle surgery of Shenzhen Pingle orthopedic hospital from 2014-1 to 2014-12,were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.The former included 30 patients who were treated by Chuanxiong qi lotion medical fumigation.The later one included 30 patients who were treated by Distilled water medical fumigation.The two groups were treated by the basis for treatment with rehabilitation after treatment of the medical fumigation,the course of treatment was seven days,In the first visit that day and the first day after the first visit 1,2,3,7,the index of these patients were respectively compared and analyzed between the experimental group and the control group in ankle VAS pain score,swelling,temperature joint activity index.SPSS20.0 software are used on the relevant statistical data analysis.ResultWhether the test group or the control group, a comparative analysis of data from the group, VAS pain score from the first day of treatment compared with the score from the day before treatingt, P=0.044<0.05, statistically significant. the clinical efficacy compared points between the experimental group and the control group that was from comparative analysis of data from between the two groups, P=0.004<0.05, statistically significant, and the experimental group was better than the control group. the swelling and joint activity of experimental group compared with that of the control group in the course of the first three days, P>0.05, not statistically significant, the seventh day P<0.05, statistically significant, that the experimental group was better than the control group.ConclusionIn this study, Chuanxiong gas fumigation treatment lotion Washing and distilled water were respectively used for old injury of human lateral ankle ligament to the experimental group and the control group.In two cases,the symptoms and sings were improved after treatment, however, the test group was not only batter than the control group in pain, range of motion and swelling improve aspects,but also in the overall efficacy. Compared with distilled water, Chuanxiong gas fumigation treatment lotion was more obvious and more efficacy in treating old injury of human lateral ankle ligament.,which should be suitable for clinical practice.
