The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Observation Of Shenfu Injection On Myocardial Injury In Sepsis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Shenfu Injection on myocardial injury in sepsis. Evaluating intervention effect of Shenfu Injection and its drug safety.MethodIn a single blind, randomized, controlled, prospective study method. Selecting 45 patients with sepsis myocardial injury in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine ICU from 2014 May to 2015 February. These 45 patients were divided into two groups:Shenfu group (n=25) and control group (n=20), including 27 men and 18 women. Evaluating their APACHEII score within 24 hours. Halfway to exclude or excluding patients were not involved in the study. Two groups of patients were given conventional infection, fluid resuscitation and organ function support treatment.Shenfu injection 20ml was dripped with 5% glucose injection 250ml in the experiment group(Shenfu group),while the 5% glucose injection 270ml was dripped intravenous infusion in the control group(once per day, continuous use for 7 days). Drawing the peripheral venous blood of two groups six in the morning when fasting in order to detect cTnI, CK-MB, BNP, CRP, PCT index. At the same time, checking the ECG, Cardiac ultrasound of these patients. The group compares uses the T-test, the counting material use X2 examinations, P<0.05 has statistics significance,P> 0.05 has no statistics significance.All statistics use the SPSS17.0 statistics software to carry on.Results45 patients all have completed the experimental study. Two groups compared the baseline before the experiment:Gender, age, APACHEII score index showed no significant differences (P>0.05). After the treatment, Shenfu group CK-MB index decreased little than control group(P>0.05).But in the treatment between the two groups, CK-MB was decreased obviously than their first day treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).CTnI, BNP, CRP, PCT index decreased significantly than the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients with cardiac ultrasound LVEF and electrocardiogram (P>0.05).ConelusionShenfu injection were confirmed that the patients who were given Shenfu injection based on conventional infection, fluid resuscitation and organ function support treatment, could been improved their myocardium function to a certain extent, while reducing the inflammatory reaction. Adverse drug reaction was little. This drug could improve the overall prognosis of patients.
