ObjectiveTo investigate this issue osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures take the long-term clinical efficacy of combination of TCM syndrome differentiation PKP explore analysis for postoperative complications and prevention strategies.MethodsThis topic retrospective study methods to collect all from January 2012-2014 in January during the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University orthopedic patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of a total 100 cases.Excluding outpatient lost, death, after the middle of the patients included in the final plan to abandon the treatment of patients in line with research indicators have 50 cases.Research using randomized method, the 50 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients were randomly divided into a control group of 25 patients and 25 cases of Chinese medicine group. Both groups were percutaneous kyphoplasty, while the control group of patients given anti-osteoporosis medication medicine, traditional Chinese medicine group patients are also given anti-osteoporosis drugs combined with Chinese medicine. Each group of patients after surgery and were followed up for after one day, one month, three months, six months and one year. According to the study of indicators for monitoring and recording before surgery and postoperative VAS and ODI score, anterior column height loss ratio, Cobb angle, bone density, vertebral or adjacent vertebral fractures and other indicators again. All data were statistically software.Results1.There were no significant differences in pre-medicine group and the control group of patients on random factors(gender, age, weight, etc.)(P> 0.05) were comparable;2.Two in one day after treatment, January, March and DDI scores of VAS scores showed no significant difference(P> 0.05). After 6 months and 12 months VAS scores were significantly(P <0.05) in the description of the Medicines relieve back pain long timeefficacy than the control group;3. Anterior vertebral column height and sagittal Cobb angle percentage change in the difference compared with a statistically significant difference compared with the control group in the medicine before the surgery group(P<0.05) Description surgery can effectively restore vertebral height, Anterior vertebral column height and sagittal Cobb angle percentage change in the difference compared with a statistically significant difference compared with the control group in the medicine before the surgery group(P <0.05) Description surgery can effectively restore vertebral height;4. Chinese medicine group and the control group after March BMD values showed no significant difference(P> 0.05), after 6 months and 12 months BMD had significant differences(P <0.05), display of traditional Chinese medicine group after far period can improve bone density;5. Chinese medicine group and the control group were in 7 cases of recurrent fractures, which after 3 months and then have four cases adjacent vertebral fractures in the control group after June 1 case of recurrent fractures in each group after December 1 cases of recurrent vertebral compression fractures. The total recurrent fractures was 14.0%. Vertebral fractures between the two groups and then the rate was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion1.Percutaneous kyphoplasty can effectively relieve back pain in a short time, the larger limit vertebral height restoration, improve patient quality of life and self-care ability, it is safe, minimally invasive, effectiveness and other advantages, has been widely used in clinical practice.2.Percutaneous kyphoplasty clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment can effectively enhance patient bone density, improve osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in patients with advanced refractory low back pain and can relieve persistent progression of osteoporosis;3.Percutaneous kyphoplasty patients were combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can delay or adjacent vertebral vertebral fracture recurrence interval of time, but to reduce the incidence of recurrent fracture treatment had no significant effect;4.Percutaneous kyphoplasty Phase III clinical syndrome combinedapplication of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, "simple, convenient, efficient, inexpensive," etc., and no significant side effects after long-term use, and its clinical treatment is worthy Integrative treatment.
