| GoalThis study chose 260 patients diagnosed as primary hepatic carcinoma were retrospectively investigation, probes into the sex ratio of primary hepatic carcinoma, risk factors, peak age, and the initial BCLC staging found in clinically through the analysis of the 260 cases. Discussing the advantage in improving life quality and surival of liver cancer patient by analyzed 111 HCC patients of BCL stage B to C who grouping into TACE+ Qizhu anticancer prescription, used TACE only or Qizhu anticancer prescription only.MethodAccording to the final treatment, 111patients were divided into 3 group.63 patients trested by TACE and Qizhu anticancer prescription were the experimental group,34 patients trested by TACE only were control group,14 patients trested by Qizhu anticancer prescription only were TCM group.63 patients in experimental group were carried on the hepatic artery chemoembolization, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea and protect liver treatment were conventional after surgery. This 63 patients were willing to treated by Qizhu anticancer prescription also, they all take Qizhu anticancer prescription at less one course of the treatment as 3 month.34 patients in control group were only treated by hepatic artery chemoembolization.14 patients in TCM group were willing to take Qizhu anticancer prescription only cause lack of money or other any reason themselves, they all take Qizhu anticancer prescription at less one course of the treatment too. Analyzed the different improvement of life quality after treating and surival time of 3 groups by statistical software to evaluate the adventage of Qizhu anticancer prescription.ResultThe male to female ratio is about 5 to 1 in 260 primary hepatic carcinoma patienrs,peaks at 40-70 years old, the main risk factor of occurrence is HBV infection,98% of this 260 patients with liver cirrhosis, other risk factors include HCV infection, alcohol consumption, and family history of primary hepatic carcinoma. The improment of live quality in experimental group and TCM group were obvious more than in control group (P<0.05), it shows that Qizhu anticancer prescription has adventage on improving the live quality of HCC patients. The survival time in experimental group and TCM group were obvious longer than in control group(P<0.05), the survival rate of lyear,3year and 5year were also higher in experimental group and TCM group, it shows that Qizhu anticancer prescription has adventage on lengthen the survival time of HCC patients.ConelusionHCC is one of the most common cancer, it has a high morbidity and mortality in the world and China. HBV infection is the main risk leading liver cirrhosis and HCC. The peaks age of HCC at 40-70 years old. Most HCC patients were initial found in middle-late stage. The improment of live quality in experimental group and TCM group were obvious more than in control group, the survival time in experimental group and TCM group were obvious longer than in control group also,it shows that Qizhu anticancer prescription has adventage on improving the live quality and lengthen the survival time of HCC patients. |
