The Clinical Evaluation Study Of Guanxin Plaster Treatment For IHD

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Guanxin Plaster on patients with ischemic heart disease(IHD) and complement the date of it. Make it becoming a safe and reliable Chinese medicine External application.MethodsThis study used a randomized controlled method. We divided the patients into a treatment group and a control group in a ratio of 1:1. The treatment group adds compressing with Guanxin Plaster on Point Shanzhong lasted 24 hours based on initial treatment. The control group as minimal care. Observe the change on the clinical symptoms of bosom pain after a week.ResultsThe total effective rate was 95.71% in treatment group. The total effective rate was 91.43% in the controlled group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05), the comprehensive efficacy of Guanxin Plaster treatment on patients with IHD was better than the controlled group.After 7 days treatment, the frequency and length of attacks, Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), scores of SAQ, TCM symptoms, integral of angina pectoris and blood stasis pattern of the treatment group were ameliorated compared with pre-treatment. The difference was significant(P<0.05).of the treatment group.ConclusionGuanxin Plaster has an obvious curative effect on the frequency of the angina pectoris, pain intensity, pain duration, chest tightness, cardiopalmus, shortness of breath and body motion of the patients with ischemic heart disease(IHD). It’s a safe and reliable Chinese medicine external application that worth expanding.
