The Effect Comparison Between 3D Laparoscopic And 2D Laparoscopic For Adrenal Tumor

Objective Comparing with traditional laparoscopic techniques, 3 D laparoscopic in the curative effect of adrenal tumors.By comparing the intraoperative and postoperative indicators, research the different methods of two different operation. And discuss the application value of 3D laparoscopy in adrenal tumors.Methods In June 2012 to August 2013, the application of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of 55 cases of adrenal tumors. Comparing the clinical effect of 30 patients operated with 3 D laparoscopic adrenalectomy(3D laparoscopic group) and 25 patients operated with 2D laparoscopic adrenalectomy(2D laparoscopic group). The operation time, blood loss, transfusion rate, postoperative recovery of intestinal function of time, hospital stay, Postoperative pathological distribution and Hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results 55 cases all successful surgery, surgery time 55 ~ 125 min, including 3 D laparoscopic group of 60±19 min(55 ~ 125 min), 2 D laparoscopic group 68±24 min(60 ~ 120 min), the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(p< 0.05); Intraoperative bleeding 10~150 ml, of which 3 D laparoscopic group 25± 14 ml(15 ~ 100 m1), 2 D laparoscopic group 34±17 ml(20 ~ 90 m1), the difference between the two groups have statistical significance(p< 0.05), all patients without blood transfusion. 55 patients hospitalization after 3 ~ 7 d, 3 D laparoscopic group 3 ~ 6 d, 3 ~7 d, 2 D laparoscopic group has no statistically significant difference(p > 0.05). Two groups of patients with no seriouscomplications occurred. Hospitalization expenses of 19654±807.3, 3 D laparoscopic group of 19789±786, 2 D laparoscopic group 19593±823.Conclusions Laparoscopic three-dimensional technology compared with traditional two-dimensional laparoscopic technology has obvious advantage in spatial location and depth of feeling, to some extent, reduce the operation difficulty, shorten the operation time, at the same time not to increase the economic burden of patients. This new technology is worth promoting.
