Objective:To compare the difference of Clinical efficacy between surgical treatment and medical treatment for Coronary Myocardial Bridge. Methods:76 Patients (systolic compression>70%) diagnosed myocardial bridge by coronary angiography in Gan Su Institute of cardiovascular disease from January 2002 to January 2013 were selected in retrospective analysis method.38 Patients were divided into surgical treatment group and 38 for drug treatment group Using Propensity score methods according to the 1:1 ratio matches. Which was followed-up up to 18.76±4.97 months., During this period, Cardiac function changes、Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes、Myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis. Left inside diameter changes and Recurrence of angina pectoris were observed. Results:There was no statistical difference between two groups in the clinical data and coronary artery imaging data before operative. Two groups of patients with anterior descending for myocardial bridge, After an average of 19 months of follow-up, Recurrence of angina pectoris and Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes in two groups were not statistically significant (P=0.641' P=0.866). For Left inside diameter(Length to diameter, transverse diameter) there was no statistically significant between two groups(P=0.141'P=0.616),but the Left ventricular ejection fraction (EF%) in surgical treatment group(63.92±3.941) was higher than drug treatment group (61.61±3.852) (P=0.028).The incidence of Myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis was lower in surgical treatment group (18.4%) than drug treatment group 31.6%(P=0.011). In Diabetes group, the Cardiac function in surgical treatment group was Better than drug treatment group (P=0.011),but there was not statistically significant in Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes changes of Left inside diameter and Myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis between two groups (P>0.05). in normal group, the Myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis in surgical treatment group was also better than drug treatment group (P<0.05),but for Recurrence of angina pectoris Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes and Left inside diameter there was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of Coronary Myocardial Bridge, surgical treatment can effectively increase the EF values and Reduce the incidence of myocardial bridge front atherosclerosis, but for Angina relief, Electrocardiogram (ecg) and left interior diameter changes between two groups there was no difference, surgical treatment can improve the EF values in those People with diabetes, in normal people can Effectively inhibit myocardial bridge front the progress of atherosclerosis. but for Recurrence of angina pectoris、Electrocardiogram (ecg) changes and Left inside diameter there was not statistically significant between two groups.
