Objectives:This study aims to make a comparison between mini-lap techniques and single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the surgical treatment and clinical value. What’s more, this study also explores the safety and feasibility of mini-lap techniques. Methods:The subjects of this study are 50 gallstones or gallbladder polyps patients without severe cholecystitis from minimally invasive surgery of Second Clinical Medical College, Lanzhou University, from January 2014 to December 2014. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 25 subjects undergoing mini-lap cholecystectomy (mini-lap group), other 25 subjects undergoing conventional single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (singe port group). Then, this thesis makes a comparative analysis between two groups in operative time, blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative wound pain, abdominal incision satisfaction and the difficulty of the surgery. The results:All the subjects in mini-lap group completed the surgery successfully; 2 subjects from single port group changed into conventional three ports laparoscopic cholecystectomy because of the vagueness of gallbladder triangular structure and exposing difficulties. The mini-lap group is significantly better than the single-hole group (P<0.01) because of the shorter operative time; and there is not any statistical significances (P> 0.05) between the estimate of hemorrhage during operation and postoperative abdominal incision satisfaction; but the mini-lap group is obviously better than single port group in scores of operation difficulty and postoperative pain, which shows obvious statistical significance (P<0.01). There are not any complications in two groups, such as bleeding, bile leakage, and bile duct injury. Conclusion:Compared with single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, mini-lap cholecystectomy is safer, more feasible and with good cosmetic results. What’s more, it also has the advantages of the shorter surgery time, reducing the difficulty of operation and the shorter learning curve. Moreover, Patients were more satisfied with it. With the development of science and technology, the improvement of surgical instruments and advancement of operating skills, mini-lap laparoscopic techniques would provide a new way for the development of the more minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.
