Objectives:Take the accidentally injured patients as the research object, attentional bias as the research point, through the experimental psychology research paradigm to know the characteristics and mechanism of attentional bias.To describe the level of posttraumatic growth(PTG),characteristics of general demographic, type of rumination by general information questionnaire,Chinese version of posstraumatic growth inventory(PTGI-C),Chinese version of Events-related rumination inventory(ERRI-C) to analysis attentional bias of accidentally injured patients with different demographic characteristics, level of posttraumatic growth and type of rumination,in order to know the cognitive processing mechanism of accidental injury patients, and hence to provide empirical evidence for clinical psychological intervention. Methods: ①literature review was conducted to describes the cognitive processing of accidentally injured patients, the research progress and theoretical model of attentional bias.②Aconvenient sample of 202 accidentally injured patients were investigated by Dot probe paradigm, using repeated measures ANOVA and independent samples t test to analysis the accidental injury patients characteristics of attentional bias.③To describe the level of posttraumatic growth characteristics of general demographic, type of rumination by general information questionnaire,Chinese version of posttraumatic growth inventory,Chinese version of Event-related rumination inventory.④To analysis attentional bias of accidental injury patients with different demographic characteristics, level of posttraumatic growth, rumination types.Results:①The value of attentional bias and disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in accidentally injured patients were both significantly greater than 0(P﹤0.05).②The average score of PTGI in accidentally injured patient was 56.73 ± 15.63, The average score of entry was 2.82 ± 0.62, score of the perception life was highest, score of self-transformation was lowest. ③The average score of rumination in accidentally injured patient was 27.37 ± 13.11, score of intrusive rumination was 13.06 ± 8.18, score of deliberate rumination was 14.25 ± 6.86.④The value of attentional bias, disengaging index and orienting indextoward toward facial expression pictures in accidentally injured patients with high PTG were no significantly greater than 0(P﹥0.05); The value of attentional bias, disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in accidentally injured patients with low PTG were significantly greater than 0(P <0.05).⑤The value of attentional bias and orienting index toward positive facial expression pictures in accidentally injured patients with deliberate rumination were significantly significantly greater than 0(P <0.05); The value of attentional bias and disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in accidentally injured patients with intrusive rumination were significantly significantly greater than 0,(P <0.05).⑥The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures and the value of disengaging index toward positive facial expression pictures age of18~25 patients were significantly greater than 0(P <0.05); The value of attentional biastoward negative facial expression picture in age of 26~35accidentally injured patients were significantly greater than 0(P <0.05).⑦The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in men patients was significantly greater than 0( P <0.05).⑧The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in patients with junior and senior high school education degree was significantly greater than 0(P <0.05). ⑨The value of attentional bias and disengaging index toward positive facial expression pictures and The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in patients with high score of self-assessment of trauma severity were significantly greater than 0(P <0.05); The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in patients with low score of self-assessment of trauma severity was significantly greater than 0(P <0.05).⑩The value of disengaging index toward negative facial expression pictures in patients with financial difficulties was significantly greater than 0(P <0.05).Conclusion :①Accidentally injured patients had attention bias toward the negative emotional stimuli, and disctraction difficulty from them.②Patients with high PTG level did not demonstrate significant attention bias toward facial expression pictures Patients with low PTG level had attention bias toward the negative and disctraction difficulty from them.③Patients with deliberate rumination had attentional bias and attentional orienting toward the positive facial expression pictures, Patients with intrusive rumination had attentional bias toward the negative facial expression pictures.④There are different characteristics of attentional bias in patients with different characteristics of general demographic.⑤The results of study could provide empirical evidence for clinical psychological intervention.
