| This master’s thesis is composed of four chapters. The chapters 1-2 express the studies on chemical constituents of Phoenix dactylifera L.,Rodgersia sa-mbucifolia Hemsl.; the chappters 3-4, give a summary of the resources, chemi-cal constituents, bioactivities, and clinical application of Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl. Twenty seven compounds were isolated from the above two plants by various chromatographic methods: silica gel, Rp-C18, and sephadex LH-20, et al. These compounds are involved flavonoids, triterpenoids, and lignans, et al.Phoenix dactylifera L. Be native to Asia and north Africa, is the local economic crops. As a landscape trees, Phoenix dactylifera was cultivated in Fujian Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places;nineteen compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of branches and leaves of Phoenix dactylifera L..The main structure types included flavones, lignin, and triterpenoids et al. There were compounds 17 isolate from this species for the first time.Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl. is a medicinal herbs. In order to understand the effective ingredients and further full development and utilization Rodgersia herbal resources used, the research on chemical constituents of plant rhizome was carried out for the this time. 8 compounds were isolated from the extract, including triterpenoids, polyphenols, and phenol. There were 3 compounds isolate from this species for the first time.In this paper, reviews on the resource, chemistry, bioactivity, and clinical application of Phoenix dactylifera L. Rodgersia sambucifolia Hemsl. were presented. |
